Me and my hubsand had our first Thanksgiving and Christmas last year since we got last year in the summer time. I'm glad that our marriage is godly and biblical. We're definitely going to have a child on the way this year. We would of had two children if I didn't had a miscarriage last year but I'm doing great through my lord and savior. I'm glad that I have my mom and dad because they help me and my sister how to be good wives to our hubsands at home. If a man gonna be with us, they gonna want to stay around because we have a lot to offer to our hubsands at home. Thank you very much elder Mr. Samuels. RIP to you elder.

My ex gave me gifts and was attentive until the day we married. Then it was like a light switch. I got nothing after that for five years, whether birthdays, Christmas, Father's day, whatever. I did my best to be stepdad to her kids and they didn't give me anything either because they followed mom's lead like most young kids do. Today years later as adults they appreciate what I did and she's long gone, but she, like many single mothers, was a terrible influence on her kids just like Kevin pointed out with most single mothers over 30.
