I'm trying not to buy anymore sock yarn, but I am down to only a few more self-striping skeins so I might have to cave. Once I'm done knitting all the sock yarn I have, I'm only buying self-striping.....

Your Pierre pullover looks so pretty with the different shades of purple, it really is turning out well. I love the socks, I feel like that colorway would make such a pretty bright axis 🙂. I'm sorry to hear about the tank, but it happens. Everyone should concentrate only on knitting what makes them happy. There's no reason to finish anything that you don't love, there's way too many patterns for that 😄. I'm sorry to hear about the bike lock, it seems like sometimes life has these things in store for us. I hope you guys have an awesome week (and weekend!)

Fellow diabetic here. I hope the meds work. I am working at staying med free. I lost a lot of weight last summer, and it took some time to figure out that I was seriously over medicated. Off the meds now, but it is a mixed bag. I love it, but I have to watch my sugars and food intake much more carefully, I hope your meds work and you don't have to go back to insulin.
I read up on the new meds and now I'm thinking I'm not going to stay on it for very long because a side effect is "rapid weight gain." That's the last thing I need....

@@Bobbleheadknits rapid weight gain is also an enemy to getting diabetes under control. I hope it works out the best for you.
