Very well said! Many ambient/minimalism -albums sound generic and have no real vulnerability, which make them kinda tasteless and sterile. Keith's many works have a human aspect and in my experience the feel of real emotions to them
For some reason, unlike The Khandom, I love MOUNT BUILDERS. I appreciate a lot the whole album, but that one specifically impresses me. I'm interested in mysterious, enigmatic, if not anguishing music, so... This one would fit perfectly in a suspense or scary film, if not horror film.
Is there any other solo piano album similar to this one? Sparse, melancholic and ambient. Thanks. And it seems that The Malady Of Elegance is out of print :(
Man, this album would be so much better if it was recorded on an actual piano rather than an electric piano. You can hear the keys hit the plastic after every note. Rather annoying.

Yes I've heard both albums before. Very good albums too but The Malady Of Elegance has different feel that I can't describe
