Unreal work and one of my first inspirations to take the biggest leap of my life, which was to quit my job in Chicago, begin filmmaking, and put everything I have in me to inspire others to travel and see the world. Very inspring,peaceful video 😁 btw would you give some tips about your daily workouts ?
it really depends. I travel so much it gets difficult to workout daily. Id suggest hitting a gym and lifting really heavy on your compound movements to build up your central nervous system, then stay in between 8-14 reps on your accessory work at a lighter weight. thats what has worked best for me
