    I hate their ordering process and wait times, but they make fantastic bodybuilding machines. I love the longform reviews because they give me all the small details I want/need. Great job Jose!

      I agree! Looks like you can order the prime single stack and rack from the website directly so that’s good!
      Thanks, buddy!

    Finally found your secret YT channel, just dropped a sub brudda. One of the best home gyms out there.

    @nowayjosehomegym I like your idea of the rogue solo to make 1 to 1 Low rows. Unfortunately,, I have the version before they added the side holes. Excellent machine though., I probably do at least 25 exercises on it.

    Can you make a full review on using the rogue solo pulley and attaching it to the 1to1 for low rows ? This is such a great idea but you skimmed over it. Is there any downsides to it? Does it work at all heights or does the cable length limit where you can place it?

    Thank you for the review. Interesting to hear you say the cable motion is not the smoothest out there. Jay Cruz reviewed the Prime HLP Selectorized Rack (which incorporates two of these identical stacks in a rack configuration) which Jay states is one of the smoothest if not the smoothest he has used. I guess Jay hasn't used the Inspire or Rogue machines you mention! Hmm...

      Once I get the prime FT I would be able to compare them better but for now in my opinion, there are smoother machines out there.
      It’s not bad but it’s not the smoothest out there imo. Thanks!

      I have the dual stack HLP and can attest. It’s not the smoothest I’ve ever used- that’s not to say it isn’t smooth - but I find it’s more noticeable at the lower pulley and with the lighter weights.

      Thank you for sharing your experience concerning the smoothness of the Prime HLP pulley system when compared to other brands. Details such as this are important when considering purchasing equipment at this price point as there are far cheaper options available to us all. I had assumed Prime's trolley system to be superior to the more common guide bushing approach adopted by other manufactures, however after learning of your and Jose's experience I guess not necessarily so. I am hoping to find a facility in the UK that has a Prime HLP selectorized stack in order that I can evaluate the cable motion smoothness for myself before I commit to buying a dual stack HLP rack.@@mwpig5

    Nice review! Did you consider getting 2 of these instead of the functional trainer?

    • @nowayjosehomegym
      @nowayjosehomegym  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I did but I didnt like just the vertical adjustrments of the single stack. I am loving the different vertical and horizontal adjustments of the FT plus the FT is 100 times smoother as the single stack is not as smooth as functional trainers.

    Hey Jose! Are those lever arms in the back on your rack the short or long ones from Rogue? Are they the Monsters?

    • @nowayjosehomegym
      @nowayjosehomegym  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, they are MONSTER LT-1 50 CAL TROLLEY 2.0 & LEVER ARM KIT. Arm Length is Short 35" and I have the articulating handles.

      Can you explain why you went with the short ones?@@nowayjosehomegym

    • @nowayjosehomegym
      @nowayjosehomegym  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@trinabourassa3348 They can fit either inside or outside the rack and easier to move around and do the exercises as the long ones can be too long to setup. I also have short ceilings so short ones were better. To be honest, I havent even used them since I bought them lol

    Did you consider a Rep Ares at all?

    • @nowayjosehomegym
      @nowayjosehomegym  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not a fan of Rep and I also didn’t want another rack in my gym. If I was going that route, I would’ve bought the HLP rack instead. I just needed a stack to do lat pull-down and low rows with a low height.
