- Here I took the Day train from Thonburi Bangkok to the river Kwai and up to the waterfall and back!
You can get your tickets at Thonburi I would get there around 730am grab your ticket, get a coffee and catch the train. Its an entire day trip really cool experience and you come right back to Bangkok just in time for dinner.

wow great to see these footage. my grandfather was a Indian-dutch prisoner and used as a slave to build that bridge. we went back to Thailand in 1990 and visited the bridge sight.

Nice video - you were right to tell people to catch the train at Thonburi station because that's were it originates from. There is no train from Hualampong station to Kanchanaburi.
