It looks good, but neither of us like sauerkraut. I know Dave doesn't either, but I just don't know if rinsing it would be enough for me. Maybe if I feel experimental at some point, I will give it a try just to see. I really like the idea of making it a casserole like this. So simple to put together. Thanks for sharing.

The sauerkrauts flavor is in the brine so by rinsing there isn’t much . I made a chocolate cake with sauerkraut and I rinsed it enough (maybe too much) you didn’t even know it was in there. Dave was living at a friends house while going through a divorce and they made him one do being polite he ate it , that’s when he realized he liked it. Otherwise he’d probably never try it . I hope you give it a try sometime, thanks for watching
