3 medium aubergines (700g)
Olive oil

Ground beef 300g
Sweet paprika
Ginger
Cumin
Parsley
Tomato puree 250g
150ml water

Tomato puree 250g
Water 70ml
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

1 Fior di latte mozzarella 120g
Grated Parmesan 50g
1st cooking: Bake the aubergines at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes (until cooked)
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C ( 350°F ) for 25-30 minutes

Desde Uruguay 🤗 .Me encanta la combinación de berenjenas con cebollas tomates morrón rojo con la piel quemada y pelada mucho ajos crudos y especias pero nada frito todo al vapor y asado 💪🍀

Le abbiamo mangiate: errore nostro di sostituire la paprika dolce col peperoncino piccante: non ci sta! Secondo errore: la mozzarella va grattugiata e non messa a fette: diventa molto più morbida! Però so di essere molto severa: erano buonissime!❤
