If i put it at 4100 i could hit it while driving? And my car has 4 torque limiters maps. Which one should i change ? Or i should modify all of them?
Yes it is still possible and it depends on wha ecu that car uses as we don’t have them Here You’ll need something to read and write to your specific ecu

I have a VW Golf mk5 2.0 GT TDI. Before i bought it I believe it was remapped as it was a lot faster than my previous Golf mk5 2.0 GT TDI. Also the stock turbo blew so i replaced it for another stock which also blew. I have no put a hybrid turbo in. I dont know much about harcut but i plan to do a stage 2 and a 4 bar map sensor install. Would you advise doing the hardcut after the stage 2 or before? Also what software are you using to do this. I am new to this. Thanks

What’s your thoughts on doing this on a stock ALH, what reliability mods should I do to ensure not blowing the engine. I know the 1.9 tdi’s are pretty bullet proof but hey
Doing this is definitely harder on the engine so it’s up to your discretion. I personally make sure all my maintenance is up to date and done often even b4 recommend
@@ERAutomotive hi, i have tried on denso ecu on torque limitation and edited the axis, it doesn't work. Any guides on other maps where to modify to have it.
Not recommended for cars with mechanical/hydraulic pump vp37 like alh engine. It can fasten wear much more than PD engines. It is only possible for vag cars with edc15, all other are much different and very complicated.
@@ERAutomotive I did and i like it. Easy to do on edc15(because i did same, check my channel), when you find how to do on edc16 then put video ;). Learning winols is like x10 harder than vagsuite.

i use an mpps cable from eBay software for tune is edcsuite and in theory it is harder on the engine but im my mind its not enough to stop me from having it on my cars just don't sit on the limiter all the time

I did this on my pd with no issues Also did the svrl limiter as it’s even faster response with no issues And it was my daily driven car and I beat the crap out of that car

But the pump and such can only react so fast so it’ll be limited to that

Check your actuator and make sure it’s moving as it should

On an alh you can’t really do popcorn to my knowledge. It doesn’t react fast enough like a pd

No you’ll need to get a mpps or similar

And put higher then 4100 or it’ll always limit you there

If your getting a tune just ask your tuner to do the limiter for you

Auto or manual doesn’t matter and egr no biggy but yes I’d recommend straight pipe. But I have done the limiter on a pd with a cat no issues so far
