I agree with some of the sentiments but you absolutely fail my vibe check. 8:30 first off women don't have access to men's recourses, stuff like diet, exercise, training and even medical recovery looks so different. The best athletes at my school lived on liquid diets and only one was a girl. Maybe women are just not given the same but hey, maybe you are right saying that trans women have an advantage but then I would ask how much of an advantage would a trans man have, especially when he gets access to superior training.
10:50 "transgenderism" is not a medical condition. people who are transgender just identify different from their birth sex, homosexuality is similar
      12:55 no, that doesn't happen
13:40 if i wanted to i could go to the store and get estragon based products and make a meth lab in my home or i could just get the hormones that everyone else has access to
14:00 no because miss diagnosing schizophrenia will lead to permanent sociological damage within the first month. estragon in the first month does nothing.
16:40 if 18 is good okay, now can the 18 year old go in the girls locker room, go play on the girls team and use the girls restroom
17:25 if detransitions ever reach 15% i will agree. cosmetic surgery is much higher and unlike a few months on hrt, that is permanent
18:10 12 months, so a year which means 19 you would get hrt
18:35 cool i disagree with you.
19:25 if you make it impossible to get into women's sports for trans women, you are excluding them from women's spaces. that is a TURF, claiming women are so weak that even the presence of a post op trans women makes cis women disadvantaged in some way.
19:50 that is your tweet, please don't source yourself when making a video defending yourself source: I made it the hell up
20:00 that tweet got 6 likes mam. cope and seethe that anyone even dislikes you.
      21:00 you are concern trolling.
22:35 cool, then let white people play as black people and tall play as short and nero typical play as autistic, the point is don't fake your diversity.
23:20 shrek is played by a cis man but could have been played by a tarns man, ether way it does not matter in that story, sometimes it matters and sometimes it doesn't
23:40 wow, an R rated comedy movie with a cis person playing a trans person, that has never been done before.
24:30 yeah, they where wrong to do that.
30:45 no, your not less likely to be murdered because you are trans, you are as likely to be murdered plus additional amount.
32:00 literally just a slippery slop fallacy, china and russia are autocracy's and kill their own people for protesting against them
35:00 yeah, don't be racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic and that excluding people in based on your preconceptions.
i don't know who you are but you failed to convince me, maybe watch a guy called vaush. he is pritty good at this stuff.

@@chlorie0w061 _"women don't have access to men's recourses, stuff like diet, exercise, training and even medical recovery looks so different."_
This is generally not true. At least I've never witnessed it reflected in training anywhere personally. Maybe that's how it's done wherever you live, but if so you're training wrong lol. Same with "liquid diets", that's not a good way for anyone to eat. Especially an athlete. If you're talking about liquid meal replacements high in carbs and/or protein _in addition_ to a regular diet as a way to boost caloric intake and macros, then yeah okay that makes sense. But not a 100% liquid diet, that's madness.
What works for men, works for women. Diet, training, recovery, it's all the same. We're different, but we're not _that_ different. The only differences there lie in things like appetite, performance, and duration of recovery. Those differences are a result of biological differences and need to be accounted for, and yes biological men have a distinct advantage in all three, but the resources are the same.
Trans women competing against biological women have an advantage in virtually any event where performance is dictated by strength, endurance, or even just body size and proportions in some cases. That's not even really debatable, the evidence that proves it is basically the entirety of sport. If someone is born a man, and they grow to 6'3" with a matching wingspan and size 12 feet, are you telling me they don't have an inherent physical advantage as say, a swimmer, over biological women? Even post op, if they choose to go down that route? Just that frame alone means they're able to create more drag with their limbs to propel themselves through the water than most women ever could. Lowering their test isn't going to undo that, all it will do is result in some muscular atrophy.
And the testosterone thing is actually a red herring anyway. Sure, lowering your test levels will absolutely reduce your performance, but not enough to completely eliminate the advantages it has already created. The easiest example of this is probably children. Why do schools for kids aged 5-11 still segregate boys and girls sport, even though most of them haven't even started puberty? It's because the boys are better. They're _already_ better at most physical activity, even before their bodies have begun producing testosterone of their own, purely as a result of the testosterone they were exposed to in utero that made them male in the first place. Once boys go through male puberty, that gap becomes even wider.
Biological women, on average, are weaker than biological men. They have less endurance than men, both muscular and cardio/respiratory, on average. They are smaller than men, on average. You don't have to like it, but this is reality. If you advocate for trans women being allowed to compete with biological women, you're are advocating for biological women essentially being rendered obsolete in sport. Maybe you're okay with that, maybe you think that is a sacrifice worth making if it makes trans people feel more accepted. But the least you and others who think this can do is be honest about it, rather than denying what is right in front of your eyes.
And in case you think I'm a transphobe; none of this applies to trans men. Trans men, who were born women and choose to compete as men with biological men, are placing themselves at a disadvantage in most sports. Even still with relatively high dose HRT. That's why they aren't an issue, and you never really hear anybody complaining when they choose to compete as males. If I actually was a transphobe, then maybe I would have an issue with that too. But since I'm not, and I only care about what is fair, I don't consider trans men competing in male sport to be a problem.

1 liquid diet mainly refers to processing food like broccoli and eggs to digest them faster and better control for liquids, it is not always 100% because things like berries exist. your diet and training is dependent on what sport you play, if you play mma then you will be drinking less water and need a low carb diet to stay in your wait class but in rugby you want to be as big as you can get.
2 Male sports generate a lot more money than female sports meaning trans man make more money not going up against cis women and trans women start off with more money and training than cis women.
3 cis woman athletes are not your average women, women that do well in sports have to have high androgen sensitivity meaning they end up taller and stronger than average cis women, even in a cis world their are biological advantages and kicking out trans women will kick in trans men.
4 in my country South Africa girls and boys do play sports together in the lower age 5-13, just because you segregate all of your sports doesn't mean everyone else does. Girls in my school played soccer at break, where they good...no but they where not the worse, they just needed to be better than someone else.
5 weak women should not play professional sports, they tend not to, much like weak men tend not to as well, you loose nothing by letting trans women play sports, you loose a lot by forcing trans man in women's sports.
6 if you want to banned all trans women you are going to have to prove trans women will set records that cis women will never be able to beat, the earlier you transition the less of an advantage you have so you would also need to show that even pre puberty children have an advantage which they don't and you would have to get large entities like the Olympics to agree that to change the rules for women's sports specifically.

"I just loathe the community I've been forcibly grouped into..."
I can relate to this so much.
I'm LGBT myself, but since these activists have gone WAY too far with their regressive rhetoric, I don't even want to be open about my sexuality in most places anymore.
I don't want to be associated with people who act like the LGBT equivalent of the obnoxious Vegan stereotype.
I don't want my sexuality to be something that defines me. Cuz it has nothing to do with my personality.
At the end of the day, I just want people to have fun around each other and not let petty bullshit get in the way of that.
But these activists are the definition of petty.
It doesn't matter what your actual intentions are. All that matters is that you've sinned against their religion. So it's ok for them to treat you like a subhuman.
I want people to just love each other unconditionally, as sappy as that sounds. But how can you love one another, if you can't even be comfortable around each other?
I wouldn't feel comfortable in a room full of LGBT activists. I'd know it would just be a matter of time until they twist my words to villainise me and turn on me for something I didn't even think.
By the way, the term "LGBT Community" is a misnomer.
    There's no such thing.
    It's a demographic, not a community.
A community is a group of people who regularly interact with each other. Just because I'm LGBT doesn't put me in contact with all the other ones. We're not a hive mind.
When LGBT activists say they fight for the "LGBT Community", they only mean the ones who agree with them.
You can be as LGBT as you want, but as soon as you raise a point of contention, you're no longer part of the people they claim to be fighting for.
    It really is a religion.

I really don't like the messages that the loud people try to push and send. The way I see it, I am naturally bi, I understand the science behind it, so why should I take pride in that sexuality and act like it's my whole personality.
I mean it would seem extremely racist and white supremacists if I took pride in being white and made my race part of my personality. It would seem extremely sexist if I took pride in being male and made my sex a part of my personality.
If you genuinely care, why purposefully segregate yourself and treat yourself as different when you just are the way you are?

Even in this vid, your own critics always go after *you* rather than what you say. Calling you a transphobic cis Nazi. That's nothing more than a pathetic attempt to shut you down.
A while ago I tried asking someone who kept saying "Trans rights are human rights" what rights trans people lack? Which was a genuine question btw, I thought "maybe there is some right they lack that I'm just unaware of". But they said stuff like murder and rape. But the law doesn't exclude those crimes for trans people. What law or "right" do they want? If they want it to be a crime to kill and assault trans people... IT ALREADY IS FFS! When I pointed that out, guess what they called me?... Yup, transphobic, cis, bigot, alt-right (which as far as I can tell, alt-right is just anyone and everyone who isn't FAR left). A couple years back, I heard someone describe this new wave of identity politics activism as “weaponized mental illness”. From my little tiny corner of what passes for the trans community (whatever that means anymore since we seem to have descended into something of a civil war), myself and almost all of the trans people I know in real life have been absolutely appalled by the activist crowd, and are all pretty much agreed that they’ve become dangerous to the point of being an existential threat. Out of a dozen of us, two are wing nut activists and avoiding setting them off is like tiptoeing through a minefield. They usually don’t get invited to go out for drinks anymore, it’s too exhausting and not worth the chance of a public virtual flogging on Facebook or Twitter.
I think a big part of the reason the activists have latched onto trans issues is the ease of playing semantic games to stretch the definitions to include whoever they want. This is practically the “holy grail” of narcissistic faux activism, a way that they can grant themselves an “oppressed victim” status that they haven’t been able to do with other causes. The sudden appearance of the “non-dysphoric trans*” and the non-binary fad, to an extent, seem to stem from this. It creates an undefinable “other” that they can belong to and use as a shield against any criticism, a card they can play to denounce anyone who dares disagree with them on nearly any subject as a bigot. “Trans is the new goth”, the easiest identity to appropriate and hardest to challenge because it now means whatever they want it to. Anyone who dares question the “ideology” is labeled a gatekeeper, transmedicalist, truscum or worse, and risks being the next target to publicly humiliate, when most of us are trying like hell to not draw attention to ourselves and just blend into the background with the rest of society.

I'd also like to add those changes are not irrevocable, if you go on puberty blockers as a teen and decide "Hey, I've changed my mind" which is 100% ok then you can just go off the blockers and resume puberty.
There's actually people who've gone through the full cycle of puberty as adults due to some weird genetic stuff without complications so puberty blockers shouldn't be any different.
If your referring to surgery then let me just say, you are vastly overestimating the medical system if you think someone can decide they are trans then get any form of gender-affirming surgery within a decade of that decision without shelling out enormous quantities of money. A decade is a very very long time, 1/8th of your life to make a life changing decision.

I lost you because I pointed out that... ASD people have problems understanding social norms?
And not everyone who acts gender atypical is ASD. Some do it fully understanding the norms.
I agree that people are more likely to figure out they are trans when they undergo puberty, but that doesn't mean that their immediate anxieties are necessarily due to being trans. Anxieties can manifest in a lot of complicated ways, some are short lived, some are longer lived, and we should not treat a short-term problem as something potentially long term without ensuring it IS that long term thing.
While I agree puberty blockers do not seem to have huge issues long term, there is some hesitancy I have with them especially for young children. undergoing puberty causes some very big developments, including cognitive developments, and it's around that time children develop complex thinking and reasoning. We are not sure, however, if these developments are caused by pubertal hormones or aside of them. If these developments are hindered by blockers, then this leads to further concern as we are expecting children to break down and understand their complex feelings, which they may not fully be capable of until AFTER they get off the blockers. This, of course, could also lead to the production of "false negatives". There are currently studies being done on such, and I would like to reserve the right to change my opinion when those studies are produced in the next few years.
However, I was not talking about puberty blockers, but instead full HRT, which can cause irrepairable physical changes (De-trans women often talk about the struggle with no longer having a "feminine" voice) and super long term can lead to sterility, which if the person wants genetic children, will be made impossible unless they have planned well beforehand.
The question, then, is this: If a child undergoes a transition, and then later regrets it, who should bear the responsibility?

These factions no longer exist to bring minority subgroups into equal unity with the greater society, but to separate these groups, and weaponize them against the bourgeoisie. No reasonable straight cis normie is going to want to buy into the crazy trans orthodoxies. Girl in the morning, boy at night? That's dumbness only a nut would accept. To add my 2 cents to the matter:
I believe it is critical to make the general public understand that the activists are not the same as the everyday individuals who happen to be trans. It needs to be said and highlighted that the root cause for the extreme nature of this activism is a specific product of Far Leftist philosophy and not due to gender identity or sexual orientation. I believe that making more people realize this is what is necessary to prevent the intolerance that you are rightly concerned may otherwise rise.

It explains the massive desparity between the sane and rational folks and the absolutely deranged activists if true, as lying to one's self about their identity will drive one insane but because the "community" is a cult for all intents and purposes it becomes harder and harder to admit the truth to themselves so they lash out and try to inflict their delusion on the world hoping against hope that somehow that will turn lies into truth. I lack the resources to fully test the theory but it explains so much if true.

There is no real solution to trans athletes in sports.
What we must realize is sports is a biological competition, there is nothing fair about it because it's not only a test of conditioning and training, its also a test of physique and pyhsical traits that you have to be born with. There is a reason why short players are an anomaly in certain sports, and while you could probbably find exceptions they don't make the rule.
Athletes train their entire lives, and sacrifice a lot to be the best in the top of their field. The harsh reality is if trans Athletes aren't willing to sacrfice transitioning to be a pro Athletes, its very likely they wont get far anyways. Is it fair? No it's not. Is it the fault of anyone? No but we can't lie and say, oh you can be anything you want. Because no matter the soultion you try to incorporate trans athletes in there will be problems because sports aren't structured in such a way.
Even if you make a trans division for every sport, in this hypothical you have to ignore the fact that you probbably wont find enough trans people anyways for it to be enguaging, womans sports struggle depending on the sport as well. The NBA has to subsudize the womans team, and its the same for certain soccer teams. So how well do you think trans people would fair fincially if woman who are 50% of the population struggle to find an audience?

    • @yewtewbstew547
      @yewtewbstew547 2 ปีที่แล้ว +15

Yeah I agree. The other (semi-serious) thought that crossed my mind is that you could just hard focus on the exogenous hormone usage and create untested divisions where trans athletes are allowed to compete however they want alongside their biological equivalent athletes.
Though the obvious outcome of that would be a shift from natural biological advantages determining performance within those divisions, to the best athletes just being the people who can inject the most testosterone without their hearts exploding out of their assholes. But at least it would keep the tested divisions as "clean" as they are currently, which is not very lol.
It really is impossible to solve in a way that will satisfy everyone. Trans exclusive divisions will be lambasted as discriminatory by trans advocates, whilst mixed divisions with be called unfair by everyone else. And as you say, even before trans athletes enter the equation sport and athletics is already an unfair playing field. Trans athletes, particularly male to female ones competing as women, just make it more so.

Im a straight man so I can only look at this as an outsider. I was raised in a very traditionalist Catholic household, one where my dad regularly talked about the dreaded "gay agenda"! Oddly enough it was precisely because my father over sold that conspiracy that I buy in. Most gay people I met were perfectly normal and nice human beings, my dad's narrative fell apart the more you encounter normal gay people.
Ironically I think modern trans activism has fallen for a similar trap as my socual conservative father, the narrative they are pushing falls apart the more people actually engage with it in real world. The few trans people I met were mostly regular people who were reasonable and understanding about explaining themselves. They often set realistic expectations on others, understanding that changing speaking habits take time. Most activists will dive straight into a lecture at any mistake. It reminds me of those really uptight Catholics of my youth who were constantly looking to stop other from breaking any catholic rules, like woman who lecture a girl for jokingly telling a friend she would smite her, apparently only god can smite.
I think trans activism culture has three core problems:
    1. It's become so big that is stopped being a activist movement and became a trend. This attracted many people to shallowly support the cause and those people don't actually understand or care about the nuance. This is especially true of corporate trans activism and any progressive cause taken up by big business.
    2. Overreaching. The sucess of the gay rights movement plus the cultural dominance of left over the last few decades gave a lot of progressive movements a feeling they were more influential, popular, and powerful than they actually were. This resulted in them aggressively pushing unpopular positions. They feel too self righteous because of that. The result is that they have plated their flags in positions that are now getting widespread push back (sports being a good example.)
    3. Taking in too many identities into the movement. We have all seen well deserved jokes about how long the LGBTQA+ is getting in some cases. This issue is the bigger a tent gets the less focus it will have. It also fails to appreciate that not all these group have aligned interets. The whole gay men and lesbians must be attracted to trans people argument illustrates what Im talking about. The things one subgroup might want can be utterly opposed to the interests of another group. The movement starts having a harder time pushing effective change if it cannot maintain a uniting goal.

After helping her through her transition, we’ve been able to do so many fun things together, like trick activists into accepting gifts of pride flags where the colors are slightly out of order. "Transwomen ARE women" has been so incredibly damaging to both transwomen and cis women. We need to have subsets and categories because every group has different needs. That's intersectionality.
I'm a healthcare provider, and I have to treat white women and black women differently, for example. It isn't racism to admit that these women have different needs. I tend to see a lot more repression of trauma in black women. White women hide pain better, but black women's pain isn't taken as seriously even though they demonstrate less of it. White women scar differently, and black women tend to be hard IV sticks for new nurses who haven't learned to find veins by feel yet.
Same with cis women and trans women. We need to address the needs of specific groups, because WOMAN isn't a one size fits all. We are different, and should be treated as such. But different isn't a bad thing, it makes us all unique. We can't address the specific needs of a person without seeing them as an individual.

It isn't easy, it isn't simple, and from what everyone who I know that is trans has said, they wouldn't wish it on anyone. Not that they have self-loathing, only that they live the reality of it, which is not as easy or simple as "the norm."
But these crazy people, these activists, want everyone to see being trans as a special gift, and anyone without the gift is a bigot if they aren't fully behind whatever that premise means. It's why Lia Thomas can dominate the women he competes against. I don't believe he is legitimately trans, and that shouldn't even be something I have to have an opinion on.

They've come out as a-gender, a demi-girl, non-binary, and a transgender man... and there might be more that I'm not aware of. I also put my medical condition (Hashimoto's thyroiditis, which causes brain fog - basically, a bad memory) in my Tumblr biography, and they still accused me of transphobia... but I guess assuming that everyone has the ability to remember a persons' constantly changing pronouns isn't ableism? Even other non-binary people defended me, but I would still get accused of transphobia... 😬🙃 Edit: They also accused Blaire White, a transgender woman, of being transphobic for not referring to Lainey/Kai using the pronouns they were using at the time... but by the next day, they were already using different pronouns, so it was fine, I guess? @VasVadum 2 ปีที่แล้ว +83

Wow, that was a nice transition on the voice, really shows how different it can be between the two, the soft transition between the two.
I've been labeled transphobe so often and banned from many places because of it. Various little comments and stupid things. I once mentioned one of my best friends who happened to be trans, told me that she lied to her psychologist to get her sex change, and illegally bought the hormones she wanted and refused to listen to her doctors at all. I was labeled transphobe for that. Because she was breaking the law and lying to her doctors. She was extremely unstable, possibly because she was lying to her doctors. There are things I could say to prove so but I won't because its unrelated here. The point is, I was just talking about someone who used to be a friend of mine, who lied to get what she wanted, and continued to lie, and she had become extremely mentally unstable and a danger to everyone around her (Yes, she really is a dangerous threat physically to people around her, even her partner, for reasons I cannot say). I talk about lighter things too, I mention small things too. Like the sports thing, before that event even happened. Instantly labeled a transphobe. I can say virtually anything, and be labeled a transphobe. I once laughed at a video about someone flipping out, because they thought they were misgendered (they weren't the first time). Labeled transphobe for laughing at someone flipping out and smashing store property around because someone said "You guys" (meaning, you people, not you men).
Its funny that I can't even say I have trans friends. These same activists will tell me that doesn't matter, that I'm a transphobe even if I have "self hating trans friends" (their description, not mine). One of my best friends in the world, is in the trans spectrum. I can't say how far or anything, thats not for me to say. But she is, unequivocally, one of my closest friends and I will never let her go. If someone was a transphobe, I very much doubt they can say that, about a trans friend. On top of that, My aunt, who is now my Uncle, had a sex change. I call them up from time to time too, my aunt and my uncle who was before, my aunt and my aunt. I have no problem with transgendered people. The new age of people trashing me for being a cis white male, has caused me to start to hate and to rage out against people who start to treat me like crap. I've begun to start calling those people out, which in turn gets me labeled transphobe even more. But I'm not gonna stop calling them out on their bullshit.
As to your sports comment listed around 8:40, the proper way to handle this is to have a 3rd competing ring for anyone of transgender. Male, Female, Trans. That way the biological male, biological female, and then the transgenders can all compete without causing biological unfairness. However, this wouldn't work for a while, because you need a larger number of transgender athletes to compete against and the number of them probably isn't high enough.
13:00 I absolutely agree with you here, it is terrible that there are states that are taking away the barriers and letting you start transitioning just because people told you to and bullied you into it. I remember watching on the news, there was a school where one single classroom full of students taught by a trans teacher, were all confused and changing their gender pronouns on a weekly basis. Its as if the teacher was confusing them, teaching them things they didn't need to know. Screwing them up mentally. You don't need to teach people these complicated gender politics at such a young age, they need to be taught the basics. Math, Science, Writing, History, etc. Things they will use for the rest of their lives. Not some gender politics bull crap that the teacher went through because she's different. Its deeply concerning that an entire single classroom of students all taught by that one teacher, were gender confused and in my opinion, she should be fired. Children are easy to manipulate. Grooming, is a thing, and it happens because children are easy to train. Its a very horrible thing. Grooming them into the next generation of trans individuals who end up making a horrible mistake and asking mommy and daddy to give them puberty blockers because their teacher said so. Then you have trans activists attack the parents for not allowing it or for being angry at the teacher. School is for learning, not for political agendas. If we remove the barriers, and start allowing people to transition willy nilly, there will be tons of very depressed people and the suicide rates will skyrocket. I know what depression is like, I live with it all my life, I know what its like to have suicidal thoughts too, its a very tough thing to fight off. If you make a mistake as big as this, changing your gender because someone convinced you to do it in some way, that will most likely push you over the edge, because you made a decision that cannot ever, be undone. Thats the whole point of these safeties, and these psychological background checks. To ensure you really want it, and that you will be happy with the results. They aren't some government anti-trans bullshit. I wish people would understand this.
Around 16:00 you mention being against kids starting drugs and such. It may be unrelated, but when I was around 5 years old, I was forced against my will, against my mother's will, to take ADHD meds. They threatened my mother, telling her they'd take me away from her and put me in foster care if she didn't force me to take the meds. I didn't need ADHD meds, I never had ADHD to begin with. These meds caused all kinds of issues. Mostly they just made me drool on myself for months on in, and not eat, until they wore off months later and they had to raise the dosage or change the meds. The constant changing of meds, experimenting on me with ADHD meds (this was the 90s), caused extreme mental disorders. I became rageful, dangerous, I started to become aggressive and suicidal. I had to be locked up, where they started mixing new meds in too, which caused even more problems. It wasn't until I was about 17, that I told my doctor to shove the meds up his ass, that I started to improve, to become better again. To start to think for myself and feel again. However it was too late, I was damaged, permanently. I am, damaged. I still suffer the depression, it will never end. I still twitch, I still suffer many of the permanent effects of these meds. Some of which were extremely dangerous and caused something I can only describe as a sleeping seizure. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I am highly against any sort of extreme medications that highly alter a child in any way. Hormones included. In my case I also had to take growth hormone, or so my doctor claimed. I dunno if that really had any negative effects at all, who knows. But in the case of hormones that can alter your brain, that change your chemistry. These are extreme, it sounds absolutely horrifying when I hear parents talk about wanting to chemically castrate their own children, or "puberty blockers". It sounds like child abuse to me. It makes me think of what I went through. I was a child, so I couldn't say no. I was forced by the adults. I can't imagine what it would be like for a child who is put on puberty blockers because mommy or daddy thought they should do it or even worse, like in my case, the parents being forced to do so by the state.
19:40 The imagery reminds me of when I was in school.
24:00 Oh hey, I know that game. *coughreadthecreditscoughcough* :O
Great game, lots of great stories to the characters involved.
33:21: Tranny? :O I'm told that word is transphobic now! Although, I've been called transphobe just for using the word trans to describe someone so. :|
36:19 That is absolutely horrible. Child abuse, pedophilia, everything is wrong with that, and anyone who tries to do those things should be arrested as such.
    ---------------
Great video though, I liked it. I normally don't watch every moment of long political videos but this had a lot of good content to it. I also never tend to write large comments and talk about my own history as much anymore since people have used my history to laugh at me, and harm me, even to the point of doxing me and sending death threats and other such things. Its very rare I talk about myself anymore. But this video certainly brings up memories, even though its not related to transgender stuff, pain is pain. I'm sure I'll get some comments on this expressing me as a transphobe, but luckily, youtube's website is broken, so I can't see notifications. I will do my best to check back though to see if you reply.
I have shared this video around too, as it was shared to me by my closest friend who, happens to be a "cis white male", just like me, for anyone wondering. ;)

Thank you for this. This entire thing is why I have not a single trans friend; and it really makes me feel like the only one. I'm time and time again asked for my opinion on things, only to be shoved away, rejected and threatened with violence. I've fallen to just not bothering interacting with anything LGBT, just, existing in pure silence. In my day to day life nobody knows I'm trans, it's only people I'm close with or on dating sites. I don't even hide that I'm trans, I'm very open about it. I just have no reason to talk about it, it's not WHO I am as a person, so it's not important to bring up. I do wish I had trans friends or was part of like a trans gaming community, but I have tried time and time again only to be shoved away eventually every time.
I was even banned from a huge online nerd group because someone had asked what a "trap" was, so I explained to him what the literal definition is, and explained the history behind it and how people confuse it with being transgender. A fellow transwoman had joined mid conversation, started screaming at me, and I had left that voice chat, because I was shut down, silenced from this loud, rage filled hateful individual. Only to the next day find a big fat ban from the group for "hate speech".
I find it disgusting that I'm shunned and hated by my own people. I don't think a lot of people truly understand what it is to be transgender and the hard facts that go with it. People get caught up in this fantasy that transition is the one stop shop for all of their problems. It is not. It is just one single problem that WILL domino affect into many, many new problems you are forever stuck with. And my upmost honest sexual preference is fellow transwomen.
I'm not sure how to conclude this vent, but, I'm happy to see someone else who is also trans really understands everything that comes with it and the serious risks involved.
I hope you are accepted among our people and don't live as an outcast, far away from the trans community, passively watching it drift by as you drift further and further away feeling more and more isolated. That has been the past 4 years of my life. I transitioned nearly 7 years ago, and after getting through all the clouded judgement spoonfed to me by trans activists, I saw that I love my body, and I don't need to commit a samurai jack to my dick, I love my dick, and others do too.

Honestly, you hit the nail on the head in this. Alot of people deny that it even happends but it does and it doesn't help that the media abd giverment are now in the activists side either.
And as to your example about the "trap" comment, I havenoticed far too many things being called "actually trans now" in the same vein if not 100% masculine.
Traps? Trans. Femboys? Trans. Tomboys? Trans
And dare you question it even once, the same people that "support trans rights" endlessly attack you, just because they disagree with you.

That boy (Desmond) performing for money is beyond DISTURBING. Let children be children and make the decision when THEY are adults. So sad.

For what its worth, I've never found your voice off-putting. When you switched to your "normal" voice my brain immediately went "that's not Sophia!". Been a fan of your content for years, catch the streams when I can. Keep up the good work!

Oh boy, what a wonderful time to be alive as a straight, white, conservative-leaning male am I right fellas? It's not as if a portion of society preaching equality is ironically potentially hostile towards me for not conforming to their ideology or anything.
I have a line that I say to any member of the LGBT activist movement when pressed on the matter. "I have no problem with you. I have a problem with how you're doing what you're doing". In other words, I don't de-value a person for being a different sexuality. Just don't shove your ideas down my throat.

Ive seen more people get falsely labeled as "transphobes" just for not fully understanding how that whole thing works, than I am actual transphobes.

Thank you for talking about this. As a trans woman I was really afraid of talking about these issues.

if they shame a straight man for not wanting to mate with a trans woman, they are saying that you can pick what you like, therefore giving credebility to the old guys that kept saying that sexual orientation is a choice and you should just not want to be gay

As a crossdressing lesbian, I appreciate your empathy towards cis women. We get guilted into being with trans women, while being told that we can choose whether we want to be with men or not. I'll never understand it because I get why lesbians would be weird about being with me because I dress like a guy on occasion, and even do it for a job. I don't want my partner to be uncomfortable and be afraid to say so. Seattle is a rough place to live and have these kind of opinions openly, but that's the burden I bare.

Its honestly really refreshing to hear from a trans person that isnt trying to silence others. I dont care what other people identify as, but I do care when those people put others, especially children, in harms way and its sickening.

Sad when the movement who were often persecuted by religious puritans, now have adopted the same tactics and structures of religious puritanism.
