    肉醬:

    紅椒粉1匙 黑胡椒粗粒粉1匙 俄力岡2g 薏仁170g 培根2片 鹽1匙
    洋芋泥:
    洋芋2顆 無鹽奶油適量 牛奶20cc 鹽適量
