Good 2 c u back Mick, weather cooling since your last video, granddaughter and I, had a good session fishing, with a mate in his boat, fishing the FADS ,caught some nice fish. Happy catching from Australia Nick
really pleased to see your back out, and fishing a mark local to me, im actually trying this mark the weekend with my young son, think high is around 5-6pm sunday so could work out good, hope your well mick and look forward to your next video
Nice video and great to have you back on the beach, you have been missed. Some great tips and reinforces the importance of reflecting on why things aren’t working and changing your approach.
Great to have one of your videos up again sir, I find with fishing it will go well when not expecting anything special, but if I go with expectations all sorts will definitely go wrong regardless of there is any fish , I hope your 2024 fishing goes well mate, appreciate your efforts 👍🏼👍🏼
Hi there watch all yout vids wealth of infomstion,im looking to go plaice fishing the weekend im in london looking to go kent way or sussex anyone recomend some places all the best pat
Might still be a bit early for them; but they tend to show up first around Brighton, with the marina being your best bet; if it's open. They then come in closer and are caught from the Banjo area. Other than that Eastbourne or Hythe may be worth trying. Need clear water after several days of calm conditions. Good luck!
Thanks for the advice; however I try to avoid deep hooking fish - one reason for using braid and striking early. Fish were on, but I 'bumped' them off when the trailing hook or lead got caught by the oysters on the retrieve, which I didn't know about until seeing them at low tide.
Great to catch up with your videos again. As others have said your relaxed way of presenting is an exemplary example. Best wishes.
Many thanks and I'm hoping to resume sea fishing soon!
Top class again Rod and great that you show the bad days as well as the good. Many thanks.
Thanks again Tony - won't be long before I'm able to get back to it.👍

Put 2or3worms on each hook give them something to find and don't strike at the first sign of a bite with Flounder

If you keep getting snagged move a few yards to avoid
A good idea.
