    QUESTION TIME!!! When I do project like this I can end up with a lot of recorded footage that I don't use. Should I post some time-lapses of the 'making of' ? I wouldn't have time to add audio narration but I was thinking of maybe using some free audio books as backing tracks. Any thoughts?

      Very good tutorial !!! It helped me a lot !! I want to buy a course, do the videos have subtitles in Spanish?

    • @SouthernGFX
      @SouthernGFX  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@p.viscafe7500 Not yet I'm afraid. We made the courses very cheap and to add difference languages would be hard to keep the price so low. We are looking into it as we have been asked for about 10 different languages now so the minute we can do it in a cost effective way we will.

      Thanks for responding quickly, de. In the same way to acquire the course, I am sure that it provides very valuable information

      I say post the time lapsed videos with just minor voice overs (if that). A lot can be learned merely by "looking over your shoulder as you work". I for one would be interested in that. As always. Great content!

      Oh, I say definitely post the time-lapses! I’ve always loved a good tutorial / vid that spent the last ~1-2 minutes showing the artists full process. It’s also fun to then later scrub through, finding other little tips & tricks or shortcuts you might not have known. Thank you for another great video, Glen!

    i´m a veteran Zbrush artist and i dicover Nomad Sculpt recently, is a good app. i hope some day the devs can maki it compatible with all the Zbrush brushes

      Dev. Singular. He’s done it 100% on his own like Ofer was doing with ZBrush back in the 90’s. Let’s pray he doesn’t give in to an Adobe offer lol

    Hi Glen, you got the best channel for Nomad.
    if I may ask, what stand behind your ipad? and how you deal with the heat?

    15M vertices is insane, and without an iPad pro I will never reach that. I'm curious, what is the lowest poly you can decimate this model while maintaining quality?

      ohhh...Good question. I haven't tried that yet. Let me get back to you. That might even make a great video!

    Hey I was considering upgrading from my 2020 iPad pro to the 2021 version with the 16gb ram. Is it worth it now?

    • @SouthernGFX
      @SouthernGFX  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not yet. You won't see a huge difference other than speed of things like write times. iOS developers have a beta of iOS 15 that allows them to give individual apps access to more than 5gb of RAM. Once that iOS update is out you should see a massive improvement in the updated programs. Currently I see no difference between the 6GB 2020 and my 16GIG 2021 when using Nomad Sculpt, Procreate, Ibis Paint or Lumafusion. The M1 does improve things but its not that amazing of a change to warrant upgrading. People going from the 4GIG 2018 would see a massive difference for sculpting.
