I’m viewing from the US. The outside of the house is cute. The layout/floor plan is interesting but the house is small especially for the price. Once the house is furnished the house will be even smaller. Also, wardrobes is quite different than the US because we have matching bedroom sets. They include dressers, media centers, and night stands. I must admit that these houses look much better, and seem more functional than some in Ghana.
wow i missed this one , i did some drone shots for willstone homes on their newest property handover ceremony . i love there work . i'll probably do a coverage like this for my channel soon
Do they allow extensions on kitchens? They are very small for people who do a lot of cooking. I would never want a sink in my dining room. Not very hygienic. I have seen it at other projects.
Please let the camera man concentrate more on the items you are mentioning to the viewer. Houses look great though. I believe they are sold out by now.
The person with camera please remember to shut, where, you're beeing directed. We need to se, what we are beeing shown. We didn't se the lights, the CHILDREN praying.
Everyone's talking claptrap! These houses are rubbish! Harping on about windows and lighting! That's how it should be!!!! Absolute waste of money! Thousands of one bedrooms and bedsitters are better designed, and built than these overpriced, over hyped, waste of money!
How are you going to build cheaper than that? I don’t even understand how the developers make profit? Average construction costs in Nairobi greater area are 25,000 per square metre. Then add the land price and the perimeter wall, and landscaping cost. There is no profit in building these. They are so cheap it’s unbelievable.

in the US most houses don't come with shelving and you have to build it yourself
Right. Even the lot is tiny! No yard and landscaping needs attention.
The kitchen needs check up.
But all in all is affordable thanks, continue sharing affordable houses
Thank you
You are welcome
Great house tour👍 Please do more B-roll shots that you can add to break focus from the person and give us a better look at the property.

The houses look great, and you too Mungai.

Kindly do gutters to ur properties to avoid the whitish things around the building....the wetness will eventually affect the paint inside
Looks like a KES1.6 M bungalow

Great content bro, please also focus the backyard as well. Thanks
Thanks, Noted
They never show the backyards. Do they allow you to fence these places. If they do, it should be uniformed.

I must commend this group. These houses are tiny so is the price. Go on and invest here. Beautiful house.
The camera is frustrating. Should focus on the property not your face! Could not get a good impression of the yard. Otherwise a nice presentation

Poor finishing
Not worth the money.
Nothing special about this house compared to the previous houses you have visited
It's worth 4.5 in Nairobi... I think it's a steal
