    사장님이 프랑스 제과 유학 오래 다녀오셔서 그런지 재료의 해석이 남달라보여요!! 심지어 다른곳은 보통 시판용 프랄린 쓰는데 직접 만드시는 정성까지 너무 멋지시네요~^^ 제대로 된 프랑스 디저트집 찾기가 쉽지 않았는데 오래오래 잘 되셨으면 좋겠어요~

    헐 여기 금방뜰거같더니 벌써 여기 나왔네.ㄷㄷㄷ여기 제품은 다 너무달지않고 각 케이크마다 고유한 향이 있어서 좋은듯요,ㅎㅎ 진짜 고급짐

    케이크 하나하나 정성이 느껴져요!!!
    제가 먹어본 케이크 만드는 과정을 이렇게 보다니 너무 신기해요! 이베리스 먹어보고싶었는데 갈때마다 품절이여서 못먹었는데 ㅠㅠ 오픈시간 맞춰서 가야겠어요~ 저는 부암동주민들이 너무 부럽습니다~ 저도 라프라권에 살고싶네요

    at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buff

    Any idea what that first ingredient (yellow powder) of the sponge cake was? A yellow powder, with whole eggs and icing sugar. I thought almond meal, but the batter looked too smooth?

      Its not a dirt, its an iron discoloration and stain due to frequent heating, it cannot remove easily unless you scrub it with steel wool.. for a baker who use it everyday, its super time consuming. Just buy new one
