Crazy Dog Attacks water coming out of water hose or dripping off your car.

Grace is a lab mix. We rescued her from apartment living and she has some crazy habits. Anytime you turn the water hose on, she tries eating the water as it comes out. If it’s hitting the grass she will eat the grass. If you wash your car, she will eat the water as it drips off the car. She is not thirsty, she’s just crazy!
