I realize this is great publicity for the game I was making, but I have no clue if I'll ever finish it LOL. I'll update here if I do ^^ I should have made our Guy move vertically a bit when he walks! Also - I realize I went a little fast over an important detail when making your event graphics! Remember when I made all 3 "frames" of the walking character, before trimming it? It's important that the cell size is the MAX size of all your frames. For example (maybe I'll make a video for this), a chest. One frame starts small when it's closed. The last frame is taller when it's open. So you'll want all your cells to be the taller size (the max size). So plan out your frames before trimming it down. Hope this helps!!
eyy hello algorithm!! Yeah the first half of the video is kinda just for newbies who don't have much experience with rpgmaker :) then the second half is for fun!
@@fallenloreleiahaha well dw dw they- Drawing, anime, Ren'py, RPGM, video Games, pixel arts, etc etc are just like hobbies?? Tho, i wish i could make enough time but it's ok there's a world outside the screen and then there's also work, I keep bouncing between these. Sometimes it's a good experience sometimes bad but an experience non the less 😅. Wow what is this text? An essay?? So in short- it's ok 😬 (idk maybe not this short)
First of all. I am so glad you are back making videos. Just wondering if you can do a video on how to make walls and floors and stuff like that. So I can have more colors for buildings and stuff. Thanks.
The width needs to be "one cell" times 3 - so like, one frame, times 3. And then the same for the height times 4. The size of the character can be whatever! As long as the document is the size of whatever the character is times 3 (width) and 4 (height).
I wanna make a Kung Fu Dugong from One Piece and use it like a playable character. I downloaded a spreadsheet from those little fellas. It will be a Monk😂

Yesss I love our boi Guy LOL. We must protect him!
I, already knew this, but somehow, having someone else explain it how they understand it is always helpful. (Also say hi to the YT algorithm)

Heyyy!! How wide is your canvas for the one character walking poses?
