De coördinatie en bewegingssnelheid van Grete bij het uitleggen van de oefeningen, ongelooflijk! Kan de groep nog wat van leren :D Leuk filmpje om te zien hoe zo’n training gaat!
@@samuelbeasonjr.3308 I've heard different theories about warming up before a run. For one, static stretching is to be avoided and light movements should be okay. I generally do some body weight squats (25) before a run and it seems to warm everything up as it should (quads, calvs, achilles, etc.).
This is a similar warm up to what I’ve used for my camps over the past few years. Since most of my camps are high school kids, we use it for coordination training as well as to help prep/develop ankle proprioception, reactivity, and tendon tension before hard efforts. At this early of the morning, my guess is they are doing it to help wake up the neural system before the intervals in the cold.
I didn’t have the coordination to play the drums in middle school and I don’t think I have the coordination for all those drills either 😂 good stuff guys
If you wanna be the goat, you gotta train with the goats

i really thought you're serious until I watch the encounter lol
Nice to see more Dutch runners!
Goed te zien dat Grete Koens een mooie groep atleten heeft om mee te werken.
Benieuwd wat het gaat opleveren, succes!

@@csalt5235 I think what they're doing here is over-board and can actually lead to injury. But that's just me.

Legend in the making 🙈
The goats 😂😂😂😂
Could someone explain the threshold training and the purpose of lactate testing?
Was it Vincent Luis casually jogging at 15:45 ?
What a beautiful girls! Good luck!
Great scenic route. Wish that was near where I live plus 🐐 and 🦌.
I'm curious why the coach said she never does anaerobic workouts at altitude.
Might be because the attitude they are at (I think ~1800m) doesn't lend itself to doing quality workouts.
😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰
This all seems a little bit... over the top?
that chick with neon shoes and white shorts , is stupid cute .
Didn't know that Billie Eilish was a good runner
