Awesome first podcast, Eric is a wizard. If you’ve never been to Haltech I suggest stopping in.
    What is the outro song???

Thanks for tuning in! We love visiting Haltech. About the outro song, it was custom-made for us years ago, and its name remains a mystery despite our efforts trying to find out. We'll keep you posted if we ever crack the code. Enjoy the content!

Mercury's sister car to the Fairmont is the Zephyr. The Markeys sister car was the LTD.

I would love to work with Eric, I have built production lines on the electrical side. I have built cars for my late wife and myself. I did these things by myself. All of these cars are simple, all they need is the information to allow the ecu to do what you ask it to do. I find it gratifying to make things to do what you tell it to do. I am an electrician and a data technician and am facinated with automotive ecu's.

It’s crazy how freaking poor Kentucky is, but all the awesome companies that are here, just look at it, You guys, haltech, Holley, btr, atm. Just blows me away. I’m on market place trying to find used sbf parts for my car cause I’m poor and cheap, probably should be putting an ls in my mustang to go faster, but want to build up the 8.2 deck first, then a 9.5 deck is up next.

I love these videos. I would like to give my take on the technology part of racing. In the fastest classes I am all for it, but technology also equates to money. I would like to see a class with no traction control, and no automatic shifters. I might be wrong, but I think with just the elimination of those 2 things it would cut cost dramatically. You wouldn't run a liberty 5 speed because the driver can't shift it fast enough, it forces the driver and tuner to work closer together to read the track, and it makes massive HP less relevant. If I'm wrong, I would like know why. Thanks again for the videos
