2003-2007 Cadillac CTS/ SRX Dash Radio Bezel Removal

How to remove radio panel from a 2003 - 2007 Cadillac CTS and SRX. These panels are prone to cracking and breaking on top.
Installation should be the same, just with the steps followed backwards.
Tools: 7mm, 10mm, flathead screwdriver, short Philips screwdriver, regular Philips screwdriver, extension for 7mm/10mm sockets.
