    Remember, there are three phases of an elimination diet:
    1️⃣ Eliminate
    2️⃣ Reintroduce
    3️⃣ Personalize and maintain
    When beginning an elimination diet, make sure to find a healthy balance and not restrict too much from your diet immediately.
