Thanks a lot for these reaction videos! Having seen tons of mold making videos it's really enlightning to listen to feedback from a production mold maker and not only a hobbyist. There is so much to learn when you have to be efficient which a personal project often times is not Would love to see a reaction to some of Robert Tolone's videos as I really enjoyed them
Thanks for tuning in. I have seen some of Robert's videos and enjoy them as well. He has a kindness and willingness to teach that is approachable and endearing. I'm glad he is making videos over the years. He makes it seem like a pleasure cruise of learning without financial consequence. Ideal and enviable! As you know, it's tougher in a production setting to have cameras at hand. I have seen hundreds of mold making and casting videos... always a fun watch and at the same time they often come across as curious experiments. I'm interested to find a way to make a boring process entertaining...and to that point we have been experimenting. First step is to start knitting in some business stories about interesting projects like remaking the Oscar or MTV awards and so on. I hope you will stick around for the journey! Appreciate you dropping in on us. Michael
Right?? Sometimes playfulness is more valuable than skill... albeit in short bursts. I am in the camp that says 'find joy in what you do' . and... It sounds like you have found monster joy. Thanks for sending your note. Michael
I think I'm going to use the video you are reacting to as part of our maker space suggested videos. It is a shame she stopped making videos four years ago.
Sorry to have missed your comment from a couple weeks ago! I hope the video ends up in front of others who can benefit. Yes, she made great videos... likely graduated and got pulled into the career path. Where is your maker space located online? Cheers, Michael
@@ShapeShifters-TV I work with the Georgetown County Library system at Waccamaw Neck Branch Library in Pawleys Island SC. We don't have much of an online presence at this time, but when we hire our new web site manager that should all be updated.
I was literally cracking up at your reaction to her enthusiasm and how that doesn't seem to fit with typical mold-makers (scowl) "in the dungeon"😅. Me!

@@ShapeShifters-TV These video ideas sound great! Looking forward to those!
I love her enthusiasm, as a woman who’s also bubbly, I could really use a coworker like her (I work in monster costuming)

@ShapeShifters-TV I'm with a library that has a maker space. It's there a good place to contact you directly?

There is a reason why mold makers don't keep mirrors in their shops! Thanks for watching. M
