What no postponement? What no legal trick (excuse) to delay the trial for another couple of years? The defence legal team must be loosing their touch. Or perhaps they've made sufficient boodle after five years of successfully employing legal tricks which have resulted in constant trial delays. Such is the S.A. criminal (in)justice system!! Note New Zealand tried lady for murder of three kids and finalised matter (court case) in four weeks. S.A. is still trying to sort out the murder of soccer player (Myewa ?) after seven years!!!!

South Africa is a play ground for criminals. They have infiltrated the entire justice systems. Especially the west African mafias they’re the ones feeding the judges and dressing them.

This lawyer Peter has really made the world mock the south Afican justice system. The judges should have bared him from making further applications since he has lost numerous times. Is there no consequence for delaying a trial and wasting the time of witnesses in South African judicial system?
