Omotoso Trial | Defence alleges witness perjury plot

Defence lawyer Peter Daubermann has brought in new entries in the case of rape accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso, his co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho at the High Court in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
Daubermann says that he wants Judge Irma Schoeman to allow the application to be granted, where he alleges that former state prosecutor Advocate Ntelwa summoned witnesses to commit perjury.

This Dauberman will finish the money of Omotoso with these futile applications....not even 1 application succeeded....that is a strong indication that they are baseless but it's not for me to judge....it's my opinion and anyone can differ with me. 16/1/2024

There was never a case. This thing is politically motivated. That first witness was an obvious liar.
