We like our home to be a curated collection of things that we love. We are not into everything matching and perfect. It is eclectic and has an antique vintage style that carries throughout our home. Too funny, Jeff!! My hubby is over 70 and he has ironed his shirts since he was a teenager. I used to iron them after we got married, but he didn't like the way l did it, so he has done it for years! Mon ami, Bonjour ! Everything turned out fantastic. The bed looks spectacular with this comforter for summer, the colors are beautiful. Same goes to the bathroom, it is a lovely summer change, those patterns are so rich in colors, it simply gorgeous. Angela will love the change for sure. Here, we are not quite there when it comes to the weather 5 C this morning !! At least we have leaves in the trees and lawn is green which is such a pleasure for the eyes !! Very nice pattern on the bed quilt and valance. Have to confess I like ironing, just put on some old 40s music and go to it, maybe a pot of tea too. Makes linen look crisper and nice

Don't know why this was recommended but oh my goodness what a breath of fresh air to see a male who treats household maintenance as just another normal daily activity action. This was wonderful and enjoyable and gave my old bones inspiration and faith in humanity. You just got yourself a new subscriber out here in South Jersey. The ironing comments are hilarious 😂! Great idea to use a ruler on the dust ruffle! I need to add some pattern to the bedroom myself. Everything is white and grey in there. We are getting ready to redo our bathroom. Putting up a shower and removing the tub. When you reach a certain age, you worry about falling!

Ironing.?...buy a steamer! Best purchase ever. Hang drapes creased, stem them in place. I've even ironed bottom sheets on the bed. Love it

I love your fabulous Arts and Crafts, William Morris decor. One of my favourite styles ever! Wonderful that you now have some in your home. We have a similar bed set: it’s a vintage style, by Sheridan, made in Australia 🇦🇺 and all cotton. It’s a very beautiful design but without the birds (probably to avoid copyright infringement). Just gorgeous!
