    I saw an awesome food show on German TV where cooks were presented with rather complex local dishes and then later that day had to recreate it on their own just from memory of what they saw, smelled and tasted. It seems like a perfect game for you guys!! Either Ben/James cook something and the normals have to recreate it or the normals find food in London and the chefs have to recreate it!

    As somebody who is of Vietnamese ethnicity, I just want to say THANK YOU!!
    I feel like Vietnamese food is something that is very underrated (aside from the usual pho and rice paper rolls), but there is actually so much more to explore!
    I hope you take on your own twist on Vietnamese food soon!

    The Viet Kitchen, and Thuy, brought tears to my eyes too. Her love was so genuine to friends and also passion for her food. And all of the dishes she brought out looked incredible. "Oh but there's a gap there!" 😂❤️💞☺️

    These videos are always relaxingly fun for me. I’m down right now from a knee injury and an infection, and can’t move anywhere even if I wanted. Knowing that, rewatching old SORTED vids, responding on twitter and reading comments has helped my mood for sure. Glad to be a part of this community.

    Awesome video! Totally agree about The Little Viet Kitchen! The only place I go for Vietnamese to reconnect with flavours of the food my mother used to make. Their takeaway lunches are amazing too!

    I branched on Vietnamese food over the last couple years. I have to say it is probably my second favorite all time cuisine. The flavors and spices are so beyond anything it’s absolutely extraordinary! Great video y’all! Would love to see more Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine videos!     As a Vietnamese American I felt so happy watching this! I'm from San Jose so there's a ton of Viet. restaurants I can eat at. I've never been to the UK so I'll be sure to check out these restaurants when I do visit London. Fantastic episode guys!

    I visited The Little Viet Kitchen as part of my trip to London last year. 100/100 would recommend. I've been to Vietnam and tasted the local cuisine and this place just took it even further.
    I even got a peek of Thuy working in the kitchen on my way to the water closet!

    Every time I watch one of your vids where you showcase London restaurants it makes me want to move house. My corner of Essex has some good places to go but the sheer variety of styles available to you guys overwhelms my mind. I'm now off to the internet to find out if there is a Vietnamese restaurant anywhere near me.
    As a fairly new viewer to your channel I'm not sure if you've ever tried Nepalese cooking? There is a fairly large ex Gurkha community where I live and we have a couple of excellent Nepalese restaurants.

    I love that Viet food is becoming more common place in the UK! I went to uni in South Australia and for us Vietnamese food was student food! Can't beat a cheap but amazing Pho or Bahn Mi!

    I lived in New Orleans for a while. If you ever get the chance go to Pho Tau Bay on Tulane Avenue. It’s a tiny cafe but it made me fall in love with Vietnamese food. I live in the north of England and there are so few Vietnamese restaurants. I miss that place so much! One day I’ll have to take a trip to London to relive the experience. You’ve made me crave Vietnamese food so much! Love your videos

    Wow what a spectacular guest Donal is. Bounced off the jokes with Jamie and really professionally carried himself in his bits and presentation. Would love to actually see him cooking with the guys in a 3 way chef cook off. Which btw, I miss those battles guys!
