This must be an alternative route to the east coast park from the marine terrace mrt rather than using the overhead bridge as shown earlier. You can do the same for the access to the east coast park from marine parade mrt.

Sorry, not very familiar with this area, so refer to google map for the fastest way to reach the underpass, as this video is a guide on getting to East Coast from the MRT Station...will do a walk tour around Marine Terrace neighbourhood in another video in future...
