there are 2 main sides to kembangan
= jalan kembangan is the divider
= from kembangan-MRT to eunos-MRT is the left side
the one way streets are unlike orchard road and CBD
= it is not joo-chiat
= from left to center to right (paya-lebar, geylang) are all one way luxury (for those who rise up step by step)
from left to chai-chee, via walk-easy jalan-senang, then 2 ways of PIE
from left to jalan-kembangan to frankel-ave to ECP
recent years have funny move in. probably definitely joo-chiat CBD orchard tunnel jobs
the educated will know how to filter-lanes and will not retort like those-types
alternate one-way across 4 lanes
= how to filter without summons and kew-drive
