Seriously, it seems like they're struggling with how to manage pack a punch and gun balance when double tap could assist in both of those issues, for example they can have shitty guns that are alright into the 20-30s with double tap and we can have really good guns that become even more viable late game with double tap, that way all guns are usable in the game and we don't have to feel like they're all the same. Pack a punch could just be double use, 5,000 first use and then 10,000 but a way better upgrade, that way double pap'd guns would be significantly enhanced by double tap giving it use even into later rounds

Reason being is that I play on Xbox, and CW supports MKB but none of the other cod games released before MW2019 do, and unfortunately I only have a laptop that can play WAW, BO1 and BO2, but BO1 and 2 are pretty laggy on my laptop so I don't play them often. If I had a good PC I probably wouldn't play CW that much, BO3 would probably be my most played
I for one am actually very welcoming to the guided easter eggs mode. I know I am just a casual player but it actually makes feel like I can complete an EE for once. As someone who has stuck with zombies since the beginning and hasn't been able to do a single EE, it feels like they are taking casual players into consideration.
I really wish they went more towards BO3 but obviously they went more towards CW. Also, multiplayer killstreaks have NO PLACE in zombies. Killstreaks are fine, but have them special to zombies. Zombies feels a lot more like just an alternate way to rank up and train camo, instead of feeling like it’s own mode like it used to.

The mangler thing is going to be sweet. I just hate the idea of a chopper gunner, airstrike, pred missile, or anything like that in zombies. They belong in multiplayer.
I'd say it depends on killstreaks really. Mostly stuff from zombies but some MP killstreaks could be fun, like having a gunship or something support you for a round or two. Mostly just concerned about if gobblegums could be too overpowered

So it'll open up more opportunities to put more zombies and stuff in since the server is taking on more of the load than before. I also think it's needed a little bit for the save and quit feature. But you're still right that it's also so there's no shenanigans and for monetization

Mule Kick is getting a revamp when you purchase the perk the machine will start shooting all around killing zombies like the punching gloves perk machine he'll be in a different map but the wonder fizz that can carry all kinds of perks including new perks that gets back so you can use them in the old Maps
I just can’t stand the newer point system, the old one actually made the game more strategic when killing zombies and not just mindlessly killing zombies for the same amount of points per zombie which makes the guns that have lower damage completely pointless
I like the guided mode to be honest, gives everyone a chance to do it. Cold war I only did firestorm base because in a random queue, I joined 3 party team and they did the whole easter egg. Pretty neat to be honest
If they had just separated Cold War zombies from the black ops IP, i can almost guarantee the mode would have had more positive reviews. Same holds for Bo6. Both of these modes look fine (good even) in a vaccum, but are a bit of a disservice to the og Bo1-4. Just my $0.02 as an og zombies fan. That said, i'm cautiously optimistic for Bo6. The "good ol' days" are gone, but hopefully this upcoming title has enough innovation and enough nostalgia for me to create some new memories with my brother. Online only is scuffed to the point it could be a dealbreaker for me buying the game. Ur right about them wanting to endlessly push their mtx on you, and its also to boost daily player count so they can inflate ROI to the shareholders. Great vid man. I wish they just added a hardcore/survival mode that just uses the 1 Pap system and old perks and no armor, score streaks or any of that stuff. Just straight up normal guns like old zombies Also Justice for double tap😢

I’m gonna wait a year. The only reason I say that is because everything will be patched, guns will be balanced, and all of the maps will probably be out. They really ruined my trust with black ops 4 and since then I learned not to preorder cod. Every year there’s a cod and now the next one is gonna be black ops and it’s probably gonna have zombies. They put more work into skins and cosmetics than they do with making a brand new unique experience. It’s honestly sad
Personally, I am not very excited about this game. I have many doubts that I could make a bun fire. I like more like open world games cold war zombies was one of those games that I really enjoyed playing that until this days I still want to go back and play very fun antojable to me I I believe to many people I think Microsoft first game experiment will be a complete failure

Can we get something with some sole and originality? The replay-ability of Cold War is very lackluster. Once you upgrade everything there isn’t much replay value. BO3, BO1 I can always go back to them and have a good time.
The Devs said this map is gonna have more side quests/EEs than any other map ever. So that'll be what makes it replayable and I think the cool scenery and added stuff is gonna help too

Cold War just had a kinda boring and repetitive loop because training is so easy by comparison infinite revives, overpowered. The strats were just too easy for high rounds especially with the crafting table.

Honestly I thought cold war was fresh with some of the changes made. A more refined/ harder cold war zombies with QoL changes sounds good to me

They've hinted Mule Kick will be in other maps but not Terminus.
I think having different perks in each map would make each more unique.
Reason for being always online: texture streaming + keeping some things server-side to avoid exploits, hacks etc
