I have found that the Heavy rule isn't quite as bad as it first appears, mostly after the realisation that while you can't shoot if you take a Charge, Fall Back or Normal Move action, you *can* shoot in the same turn as you take a Dash. So you aren't stationary, you're just moving 3 inches instead of 6
10:10 Absolutely do not sleep on Neophytes. They're your best shooting in an army where most of your ploys revolve around playing around cover, and the Cult's focus on movement shenanigans means that you can get into position faster and put down a lot of hurt really fast. Forward-deploying a Mining Laser onto a vantage point with Underground (tactical ploy) will help you threaten huge portions of the map from turn 1 onwards with what is essentially the Heavy Bolter of uncharged plasma guns. 7 bodies means you have more guys to contest objectives and hold grenades. And don't sleep on shotguns; they're actually significantly more dangerous than lasguns (+1 to hit, +1 to normal damage) and Genestealers have ways of helping short-range guns close the distance safely.
That would be cool to have interactive time stamps for different factions to click on and to be moved to the desired faction discussion straight ahead.
If you are planning on making a Craftworld kill team before Christmas I think you should hold off for now. I do believe they are updating some models real soon.

2 boxes of warriors is a really bad Kill Team. You simply don’t have enough APL on the board to play most missions effectively. And 4+ saves makes them far more vulnerable to shooting than you would think for an 18 wound model.
Played my first two games ever with some Eldar I found in my loft. The Heavy Weapon platform fired twice in both games and melted a Sister of Silence and a Nurgle Plague Marine. Worked really well, if nothing else it makes a great distraction so your Dire Avengers can run in and shred everything to pieces!

I started Tyranids as my 4th team simply because I had an unpainted copy of Space Hulk kicking around that I wanted an excuse to paint so since I already had genestealers I got a box of each kind of gaunt and found a local player who was willing to buy half a box of each from me for painting purposes at the cost of 1 box (I charged him the lower of the 2 boxes cost as 1 was $40cad and the other $45cad) I added some Warriors to this and with the help of Magnets and a tyranid friend who could trade me 1 extra bonesword so I could run 2xbonesword + Lashwhip and sword on two dudes and Venom cannon / Barbed strangler + Lashwhip and bonesword on the 3rd guy I magnetized all the different options for my warriors. I have yet to do any more than just Prime the models but over the winter this should be my project.

Hey man the kroot rules of charging from concealment doenst allow then to fight in concealment. You can charge, but you cant fight, just like ork kommandos, since that is another action that cant be used in concealment it is used to tie models down, not to eliminate them, but you can fight if your oponent iniciate the fight. great video btw
Conceal orders normally only stop charges and shooting, not fighting. It's just that normally it's hard to get into engagement range in a conceal order. But for example, if someone charges your concealed model, you can actually fight back on your turn without going to engage.
They were in the old version of Kill Team. I have a small hope they come out with some box set with lictor rules. Lictor vs Catachan jungle fighters box would be cool.
You can take him as a regular Kommando as a proxy, other than that the Octarius Kommandos (not the Compendium ones) have a specialist that wields two blades, but if you're playing Octarius Orks anyway you'd likely already have that model so not sure how viable it would be other than a proxy for your regular Kommando leader maybe
If you are really going for owning every faction in the game I think it will be really expensive when the inevitable expansions for all elites and hq units comes out 😂😂😂

Your dislike against heavy weapons is unfounded ... you cant move but you can dash... or as a Necron simply use your ploy to move around stealthy until someone steps into view and BAM disengage cloaking device and fry some synapses. With Eldar its even worse 2 ploys that interlock with giving a free dash AND one that changes the distance of dashes? And you are invulnerable in cover? Thats how nightmares are made ... especially if you get them to a high position to ignore cover when targeting. I honestly entertain the thought of running two sniper teams ... but since objectives are a thing I doubt that 2 turns of sniping wont give my opponents an advantage I cant catch up.

Especially for Necrons, where their normal move is only 4 inches anyways, you don't loose terribly much from Heavy...

You can't mix them, you will need to run them as regular hunter cadre pathfinders not the chalnath soecialists

Harlequins have a mess of melee options, yes youll have an extra 4 models but you can use those to have alternate weapons

Yup as Fallen said, being on a Conceal order does not prevent a model from using the "Fight" action
