Sir, how I renew my kotak group health care. I individually selected a insurance from a bank. Now they say we cancel their agreement with kotak. What will we do.?

Never do insurance with them , I’m struggling to get my health claim with them it’s been 3 months I’m chasing them . They are not processing my claim without any valid reason .. so be careful guys . Don’t make health insurance with kotak general insurance company
