Are you getting a 2 5 LED code? If yes then another thing you can try is cleaning the ports out with a can of compressed error while the battery and the power cord are unplugged. You could also try a bios reset. Here is a video on how to do that: th-cam.com/video/bZSz-jjexqM/w-d-xo.html
Hi Liz, Thanks for the video. I’m going to try this! One additional question. I get the 2 5 error code on my Dell laptop. The screen works intermittently. Sometimes it starts up and works fine, sometimes it freezes up while I’m using it, sometimes I get the black screen when I turn it on. However, it always works fine if I plug it into an external monitor with a HDMI cable. Even if the screen is black, or the screen is frozen, if I plug in an HDMI cable, I can see the computer is working fine on the plugged in monitor. And sometimes, if I’m using the monitor plugged in with an HDMI cable, the screen on my laptop suddenly starts working again. Any thoughts on this? I’m going to find my tiny screwdrivers and try the trouble shoot you posted in this video. Regards from Canada.

Tried all these fixes but problem can’t be solved
Please What should I do next?🙏

I find it hard to unscrew the screw what do i do
You may not have the right size screwdriver. If it's too big then it will end up stripping the screw and it will be very hard to take out the screw.
