When you are responsible for all of the in house remodeling, construction and maintenance you are right! We essentially run our own CM in addition to all of the other hats FMs wear.

Looks messy and unorganized. There is a fine line in having enough tools to look professional and organized. And to many tools and it looks like the place is falling apart cause you have to many tools and can't find the ones you need in your bag

My man it's Maintenance I work in the trade I too am a Chief Engineer I stay as organized as possible but sometimes the job can be hectic you never know just my opinion brother stay blessed
