like these vids. Learning little by little tools that I can carry to do a lot of jobs, but also keeping it minimal. I enjoy geeking out on kits because being able to fix things is better than superman. People would look at an appliance and be intimidated but you have a couple nut drivers and suddenly you can get somewhere.

Tool at 2:38 are Craftsman Robo Grip Pliers. Very nice indeed, and very hard to find nowadays.

I would certainly loose that big lamp and get a couple of small multi LED units and/or a small LED lamp. When working in confined/ cluttered spaces like under a sink, I prefer two sources of light as it minimises shadows...I would keep that big lamp for when I knew I was going to be doing a big/long duration job. I also like to carry a small thin pen light LED to use as an inspection light so that I can shine a light into very small spaces...I think I would also be a little ruthless and thin down that tin of drill bits....I tend to only carry 3 masonry bits to match the common size fixings I carry, plus about the same in jobber bits. I used to carry a good selection, including flat bits but found I rarely used them...

I can relate to the overweight bags. I currently have about 5 bags that I use almost every day. About once a month I have to dump them out and lighten the load back to basics. I gotta agree on the usefulness of a right angle adapter for the impact. I have been using a short Dewalt adapter. I have been intrigued by the flexible shaft adapters but I haven't had a good enough reason to buy one yet. How long does the style you are using hold up?
