One tip for you. When you hire the right people, your phone almost never rings. Communicate your vision early on and these guys will make it happen - don't be jealous of the team, then the phone calls start. Trust me, I know. You will never loose your engineering skills, rather let them do the job and share their delight in the job. You will be a champion.
disagree, if you're exposed in service engineering, the phone is busy. If you're handling like that and it never happened to you, there's something wrong in your department or else you're Bossy.

You should make another video on the walk through of a chief engineers day. Like whats the first thing you do. Do you isntantly walk in and check your fire panel or check your boilers, what are your daily processes? But good video
