He is a resident of Jammu and Kashmir. Who prepared for UPSC continuously for 10 years. And gave 6 attempts. Rajat Sambyal was disappointed in his last attempt also. He lagged behind by 11 marks in qualifying UPSC. Even after that he did not give up, after that he got selected on the post of DSP by JKPSC (Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission).

Aspirant का नाम Rajat Sambyal है. वह जम्मू कश्मीर के रहने वाले हैं. जिन्होंने 10 साल तक लगातार upsc की तैयारी किया. और 6 attempt दिया. Rajat Sambyal को आखिरी Attempt में भी निराशा हाथ लगी. upsc क्वालीफाई करने में वह 11 नंबरों से पिछड़ गए. उसके बाद भी हार नहीं मानी. जिसके बाद JKPSC (Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission) निकालकर आज DSP के पद पर चयनित है .
