Congrats! You have met the Reaper, aka the Red Death, one of the strongest enemies in the game. (note I said ONE OF) He has 6 million HP, deals insane defense piercing damage, and is unbelievably fast. He always spawns at the 30 minute mark to end your run, but he CAN be killed using a multitude of methods. The most common and accessible way to kill the reaper is to use the Infinite Corridor and/or the Crimson Shroud, secret weapons that are incredibly OP. The Crimson Shroud is the evolution of the shield weapon that makes you pretty much invincible and counters every attack with a powerful strike, while the infinite corridor is an evolution of the Clock Lancet that does a screen clear every 2-3 seconds while freezing all enemies that survive for 15 seconds. Killing him unlocks the best character in the game, but be warned, more reapers will spawn if you wait around for too long afterwards, with one new reaper spawning every minute after 30m. Good luck!

Step 2: Play through moonglow and reach 15m with a non-secret character. If you are playing the game blind it is almost impossible to encounter a secret character at this point. Step 3: At the 15m mark in Moonglow strange eldirch invaders will spawn them. Kill their boss to be teleported to the secret stage "Holy Forbidden." Step 4: Holy Forbidden is a very easy stage. It's very short with a 2.5 minute time limit that's basically just a straight line. Just keep heading forward while avoiding attacks and screen clutter and you'll reach the relic "Yellow Sign." This will unlock the ability to encounter "secrets" in every stage. Step 5: Now in every stage minus secret stages 4 new map items will spawn. Medigo Left, Medigo Right, Silver Ring, and Gold Ring. Medigo Left and Silver Ring are beneficial (Silver Ring is actually one of the best passives in the game) while Medigo Right and Gold Ring are harmful. (gives heavy curse, which is only good if you're already unkillable) Each is guarded by a power monster. Defeating these monsters will give you "eggs" which boost a random base stat by a very small amount perminately, and an infinite number of eggs can be gained on any character for potentially infinite stat growth if you grind enough. Step 6: Max Lv Silver Ring + Max Lv Gold Ring + Max Lv Clock Lancet = Infinite Corridor, an incredibly busted weapon that freezes all enemies on screen every 5 seconds while halving all their HP. This is the only reasonable way to deal enough damage to kill the reaper since the reaper likely has HP in the trillions or even quadrillions. (3.6 billion HP x level) Step 7: Max Lv Medigo Left + Max Lv Medigo Right + Max Lv Laurel = Crimson Shroud, a weapon that makes you invincible and reflects all damage done to you onto the attacker while healing you. It is the only way to become immune to the reaper's insane damage output outside of egg farming or getting one of the secret characters to Lv200 which grants them infinite defense. Step 8: Infinite Corridor + Crimson Shroud kills the reaper in seconds. Infinite Corridor alone kills the reaper in 1-3 minutes depending on your level (lower level = faster kill) but you may die a few times due to the reaper having brief periods where he's not frozen, especially if there's multiple reapers on screen. Can be fixed with a few revives though. Crimson Shroud can kill the reaper with zero chance of dying since it grants full invincibility, but it takes AGES to kill the reaper with it alone due to the reaper's insane HP. Like, 10 minutes to an hour kind of long depending on your level. Step 9: Infinite Corridor and/or Crimson Shroud is the developer intended way to kill the reaper. Once you kill at least one reaper, the White Death will spawn who isn't actually an enemy, just a PNG that cannot be run away from and if it touches you it causes instant death. The white death cannot be defeated even with hacking since it isn't even an enemy programed into the game's code, just an "event" that happens when you kill the reaper. Step 10: Killing the reaper for the first time will unlock the character "Mask of the Red Death" or just "Red Death", one of the strongest characters in the game and easily the MVP until you unlock Queen Sigma.

you can kill him you just need clock lancet and ideally crimson shroud. killing him unlocks red death and spawns the white hand- an unkillable and unavoidable death.
get evolved clock lancet and laurel so get the yellow sign to get the silver and gold rings and the left and right arrowws to evolve them get some other evolved weapons and FIGHT
Been playing it the last couple days. Addiction is real. Trying a run with all the dual weapons. Then after the evolve fill in gaps.
