Honestly because even if the truck is lifted and the impact wasn’t right on him sort of if the Chevy has been built cheaply he more then likely wouldn’t have survived through that

Glad you and your pup are still around. I know the feeling of loosing your best friend. My chocolate lab Jazmin passed away this month. It's the worst feeling in the world. Coming home and not hearing her tail wagging, walking around and not hearing her foot steps follow me. It's an awkward feeling. Give your pup a hug for still being around.
BRYAN AGUILAR I miss coming home from school and having her come up to me and lick my hand and be really excited to see me then then roll over and make me rub her belly for like 5 minutes

Hey bro I know what it's like to have bad memories of a bad accident that you've been involved in, me and my mother were ran over by an 18 wheeler trailer, and by the grace of God we both survived, very long story like yours, but I completely understand what u meant by the long term affects of the situation,I can't go past any 18 wheeler without getting chills n flashbacks,so I totally understand bro,it gets slightly easier through time, but mine has never gone away completely and it's been 10 years now. But your story is definitely something I can understand n relate to bro. I'm glad u n ur dog made it out without any harm. God bless.
I think you should do a shirt and maybe donate the proceeds to the two ladies company so that they can continue to help people in this situation. Just a suggestion. My dads a first responder and it really makes me happy to see your support for these men and women who don’t always get recognition for the things that they do.
Justice was definitely not served. I’m glad to hear you and Gunner are okay. Finding him by a church was not luck but more of a sign. You truly were blessed that night and we are all here for you!
Great message behind this, very touching story! Brought tears to my eyes, glad you and your dog both got away unharmed and healthy. This story needs to be shared and this message has to be shared. Drinking and driving is a huge problem and awareness needs to be spread. God was watching over you
Put dog ok at the top of feed. That was all I cared about. Drunk hit my work truck at 60 + MPH our 45 MPH first thing I did was call my nabior to ask her to let my dog out cause I was going to be late. Dog and wife most important people to me.
I watch all of your videos but rarely comment. Thank you for sharing this with us. Glad you & Gunner are healthy. Best wishes from me, my wife, and my 6lb. pup Harvey Dent.
holy shit man. I usually don't watch these long videos. but this had me hooked. justice was definitely not served. I am so glad you and your dog are okay. your dog had me worried the whole video. your a strong dude. keep your head up man. keep making your great videos.
I work as an EMT and sadly enough that’s how a lot of the drunk driving accidents go. So so sad. Also I got super uplifted by your story and how you persevered through the last year. About 3 weeks ago I got some health related news and doctors said I had a clot in my head that stretched from the back of my head almost to the front on the left side. Doctors don’t know why it was there because I hadn’t had anything traumatic happen and they were blown away that I could still function normally. Anyways I had to have brain surgery to remove the clot and now I’m on week 3 of recovery. This video was so well timed because I was feeling bummed tonight because the recovery has taken a step back I feel like. I’m having tingling down the right side of my body and it’s kinda getting me down because of the steps back. Thank you for sharing your story because it kind of reenergized me in a way.
Just came upon your channel, I’ve been watching Eddie for a while, and thank you for your story. I feel the same about my dog, he’s truly my best friend. I’m so glad you found your dog and your guardian angel was truly by both your sides that night. God bless and thank you for sharing!!!
damn i watched every second of this video, i dont ever watch whole videos if they’re 15mins or over. this was a real wake up call, i don’t ever wear my seatbelt because ive seen seatbelts kill people but im going to wear mine from now on. glad you’re ok man and if god is real he blessed you and may he continue blessing you.
Btw, can we just take a minute to cut out the mean comments. He said it was a wake up call. Whether he was right or not before, he knows now and that’s what matter. You people have no manners
It's always amazing to me how the right people just happen to come into your life right when you need them. Renews my faith. Good story man, glad you're all safe.
Thank you for sharing this traumatic experience. I'm glad you both are physically ok! This shows you what it means to be an American, how strangers in a time of crisis band together to help out to do whatever they can without asking questions. That is what America is all about.
Glad to hear you and gunner are ok and the entire time you was talking about gunner I was getting heavily emotional because you right there’s that bond between a guy and his dog
Hey man this has probably been said a thousand times but God was watching you that night and he has a plan for you man. Glad you and gunner are still with us man.
Thank God you and Gunnar are ok! Alcohol is a cancer and the best thing is if you have to drink don’t get in vehicles! Nothing good will ever come of it! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!! Hopefully it will get in some peoples heads and save some lives! Plus get out of Cali or take it back! What the judge pulled is disgusting!
Never commented on one of your videos before but I’m glad to hear your okay, I’m glad you found gunner and I’m sorry justice was not served but just like god was there that night, he’s still there looking over you and still there watching that other guy. Don’t worry what comes around goes around. Once again glad you two are okay!
I'm just giving you some info that you may not know. Not believing in God comes with a bad end fate. You should read the Bible thats why I said that. So you know more about your choices.
Thank you for putting this video out for the world to see, it's far too often that we hear stories of drunk drivers and the tragic consequences of driving under the influence. I'm very happy that you and Gunner are okay, and hearing your story has restored faith that there are good people in the world and god is always looking over us. I'm an 18 year old college kid that doesn't drink, and this is a prime reason as to why. I'll be sharing this video with my friends, as it has an ability to do a lot of good and to save lives.
That's really crazy bro. I had heard bits and pieces of what happened and it's nice knowing what happened. And I'm really glad that you and your dog are ok, keep your head up. I always fly the thin blue line flag on my truck. And I'm a 17 and never touched alcohol, and I'm also already a part of a fire department already. Really support your channel rock your decal on my truck and wear your hat everyday!!
Jack Burns that’s true, maybe I worded it wrong I kinda just found it silly that he’s 17 and hasn’t had alcohol that’s not really an achievement and if it is, this county is fucked
That's classic PTSD. Get some counseling, it helps. Trust me. Glad you're ok man and Gunnar also. I'm retired FDNY and have been in counseling on and off for 17 years. Don't be afraid to seek help. It's why people are there doing that for a living. Good luck man.
Watched the video yesterday and didn't comment but I had to come back today because I couldn't stop thinking about what happened. The first thing that came to my mind once you said the first impact happened was Gunner. Some people just don't understand the relationship with a dog....it's not just a dog like you said it's a family member. Heart goes out to you and your family. I know this happened a year ago but still....glad you shared and glad you and your buddy are ok. I have the same feelings as you do about people that drive under the influence and have never sipped a drink or smoked anything in my life and I'm 29yrs old. I think that was around the time that I had started following you and I was just a casual watcher so I didn't get the whole picture but now when you upload I watch no matter what. Trucks and things can be replaced but a life can't. Thoughts go out to the families of the victim that didn't make it. The other guy well...I will refrain from saying anything because this could be a 12-page essay on why he is a douche bag for ruining the lives of so many yet he got away with a slap on the wrist. god bless
Man I am glad that your okay! I know it has been over 2 years but I am glad your here today. God is really your buddy. I love your videos and if you weren't here today, I would be sad. God bless you.
This video impacted me in a very different way. I’m glad you and your dog were okay. Thank you for the videos, and sharing your story. You motivate me more than you will ever know!
Look man, you and your dog were literally being protected by a guardian angel that night. The odds were stacked against you, a nascar driver has a better chance of living from a head on collision than you did rolling over in that truck. God kept you alive and unharmed that night for a sole purpose and that was to make this video and to spread the word to not drink and drive. It happens everyday and you were luckier then a lottery ticket winner. Keep praying to the skys man, who knows when it will pay off for you again.
What an amazing testimonial on that night and how precious life is. Thank God! this video will be shared with my kids and hopefully change others as well. Thank you for putting it out.
This just shows God’s greatness, a man named “Jesus” came to help you and you found your dog at a church, God is great to great and genuine people like you. 🙏🙏
First of all I'm grateful you and gunner made it out safe. I know it's hard to be with out your best bud and not knowing if he's going to okay. My dog got hit by a car and those first 24 hours were the hardest for me thinking he wasn't going to make it. Gratefully he survived and felt relieved i was going to be able to spend another day with him. Those are the moments you realized they are more than just a pet but a family member. I'm glad both of ya'll made it out safe.
My heart was touched... I know that it's been a year since u posted this but this is the first vid I've seen of urs and God bless u and ur dog bc u were very lucky... I will continue to watch ur vids and give love and support
I had something simular happen my dog he had been gone a week no food no water i had not sleeped in 4 days straight when i found him he was slowly creeping up on me and then reconised me and that was the happiest moment of my life hope evrything is ok i can imagine wat u were going true and feel for u so much i hope u read this and u are not the only 1 ho wennt true this i started crying true your video it had brought back memeries an toched me so much i love your vids keep it up plz
I can Vouch With You On This About Wearing Your Seat belt, That Saved My life When I Fell Asleep And Rolled My truck About 4 or 5 Times. I did not have a scratch on me since i was asleep but if it wasnt for my seat belt id be six feet under. Aside from that if anyone is a dog owner and sees their dog as a family member then this story will probably have you tearing up cuz i know i was ! Glad you and Gunner Are Safe & Sound Man!
Wow, I listened to this entire video. Your description of events and experience moved me beyond words ,thank you for sharing such personal information with us.Thank god you were in that heavy chunk of iron. RIP to the passenger that died that night needlessly, and thank god you and Gunner are ok. I hope in time you stop having flashbacks at intersections, and I’m sure you will continue to drive heavy American full size pickups, the 2500 Duramax is solid truck ,yours being lifted probably increased the intensity of the rollover but put you above the point of impact by close to a foot higher than you otherwise would have been....
Damn Ryan, I can’t even begin to imagine what that must of been like for you brother. Gratefully you’re still here and in good health, as well as gunner. Thank you for posting this video, I think so many people needed to hear this story.
Ryan, I have been watching your channel for a little over a year and this video came up in my feed today from 4 years ago. Wow man. Glad you and the dog were ok in the end. I am a big advocate against drinking and driving as a volunteer firefighter. You brought me to tears with this video as I have had to pull lifeless bodies out of wreckage many times. It sticks no matter what we tell you. God bless bud.
As a FF/EMT I've been on a good many DUI bad wrecks. I cannot make a value judgment on driver that were drunk on jobs I've been on. I go thru the same thing you do with Flashbacks and PTSD. I'm now retired and still carry the pain.88,000 people are killed yearly in this country because of alcohol/that's all i'll say.....Take care and God Bless
This is my first time watching your video the same thing happened to me, but my wreck wasn’t near as bad as yours but I still have the same flash backs every time I get to an intersection. My wreck happened March 6th, 2018 around 7:10 I’m thankful for all the police and first responders that helped you out man. Definitely glad your dog is ok. Stay safe out there man.
Ryan you are loved by god! Like everyone else but he was by your side throughout that whole night and search for gunner. You really don’t know how many peoples life you just saved by this video. Thank you for this post. It really really made me feel proud of myself because I preach to my friends about not drinking and driving! I’m glad and thankful that you and gunner are safe and sound after going through that! Have a blessed day Ryan! You’re an amazing guy and I hope this video saves a lot of people as I’m sure it will!
Thank God for another day on this old earth brother!!! When he is ready for us there won't be a truck around big enough to keep us here!!!! Glad your ok and love the videos

I’m having tingling down the right side of my body and it’s kinda getting me down because of the steps back. Thank you for sharing your story because it kind of reenergized me in a way.
Future Firefighter hope you get better soon , from Texas
Slade Burks thanks from Oklahoma!
Just came upon your channel, I’ve been watching Eddie for a while, and thank you for your story. I feel the same about my dog, he’s truly my best friend. I’m so glad you found your dog and your guardian angel was truly by both your sides that night. God bless and thank you for sharing!!!
I remember seeing this on the news. Glad you were OK and that you found your pup.
damn i watched every second of this video, i dont ever watch whole videos if they’re 15mins or over. this was a real wake up call, i don’t ever wear my seatbelt because ive seen seatbelts kill people but im going to wear mine from now on. glad you’re ok man and if god is real he blessed you and may he continue blessing you.
Lmao fr? You’d rather fly through the front windshield then huh 💀💀😂
Richard top angler seatbelts don’t kill people lol stop watching action movies
indeed yes. bewen there and dont wanan go back for a looooooong time
Richard top angler they do save more than they kill. Especially with all the airbags around you in modern vehicles.
Didn’t think I would watch this whole thing but I did. God bless, glad you both are okay
Brandon Hill same here bro
Hey man this has probably been said a thousand times but God was watching you that night and he has a plan for you man. Glad you and gunner are still with us man.
Thank God you and Gunnar are ok! Alcohol is a cancer and the best thing is if you have to drink don’t get in vehicles! Nothing good will ever come of it! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!! Hopefully it will get in some peoples heads and save some lives! Plus get out of Cali or take it back! What the judge pulled is disgusting!
I'm glad you found Gunner. That's a miraculous story.
Never commented on one of your videos before but I’m glad to hear your okay, I’m glad you found gunner and I’m sorry justice was not served but just like god was there that night, he’s still there looking over you and still there watching that other guy. Don’t worry what comes around goes around. Once again glad you two are okay!
I don’t know if you are a Christian or anything but I am and I am telling you God was with you that day God Bless you
Agreed man^^^
Absolutely
Definitely. 🙏🏽
Facts
Amen brother
I’m atheist, but I’m pretty sure your guardian angel was right there I that intersection
I'm just giving you some info that you may not know. Not believing in God comes with a bad end fate. You should read the Bible thats why I said that. So you know more about your choices.
@@jesussaves6510 Stop spreading propaganda.
Your 17, you can’t even touch any.
RobertW bullshit age is just a number 17 year olds can smoke weed and do drugs so..they can drink alcohol can't they..?
GixxerDad 600 are you condoning in under age drinking?
no ones condoning it, but saying that they cant is just plain stupid, everyone knows it happens regardless of it being legal or not.
Jack Burns that’s true, maybe I worded it wrong I kinda just found it silly that he’s 17 and hasn’t had alcohol that’s not really an achievement and if it is, this county is fucked
Fucking amazing bro. That feeling when you found your dog had to be one of the best. Made me tear up. 😢
That's classic PTSD. Get some counseling, it helps. Trust me. Glad you're ok man and Gunnar also. I'm retired FDNY and have been in counseling on and off for 17 years. Don't be afraid to seek help. It's why people are there doing that for a living.
Good luck man.
Agreed! My husband is a first responder as well and they have therapies for helping with trauma that both he and I have benefitted from.
Thank god you’re safe today
It makes me feel great to know you made it through that and kept making videos for your fans
This video impacted me in a very different way. I’m glad you and your dog were okay. Thank you for the videos, and sharing your story. You motivate me more than you will ever know!
I wacthed the whole thing and it inspired me to wear my seat belt and to stay calm and collected u are blessed by god!
Riley Lockhart same here it hit me hard I’m crying right now
Look man, you and your dog were literally being protected by a guardian angel that night.
Blessed man... God definitely has a plan for you..🤙🏽
Man these 46 min went away really fast I’m just happy that ur ok and ur dog to man
What an amazing testimonial on that night and how precious life is. Thank God! this video will be shared with my kids and hopefully change others as well. Thank you for putting it out.
Tx Lurker people sometimes seem to forget how dangerous getting into a vehicle can be. Great video
This has been in my feed for like a year, I finally watched it, glad I did.
When he said " something told me to turn around " ... tear drop. This room is dusty
This just shows God’s greatness, a man named “Jesus” came to help you and you found your dog at a church, God is great to great and genuine people like you. 🙏🙏
this was very well worth watching, tomorrow is never promised. happy to hear you and gunner and doing well.
The miracles in the world, never end. That was definitely a miracle. U are an amazing person, keep it up! 😊 God bless America
Big Guy in the sky has plans for you my friend... Thank you for sharing your story.
Red GreenBlue yes sir he does
Your a great person man god was with you and justice will come when it is time your a genuine great person
Thank God you’re alright. I’ve always have said I’d rather be in a bigger vehicle. Thank you for sharing this story! Keep up the amazing work brother!
My heart was touched... I know that it's been a year since u posted this but this is the first vid I've seen of urs and God bless u and ur dog bc u were very lucky... I will continue to watch ur vids and give love and support
A dog is mans best friend. Thanks for sharing. I've wondered what happened to the Chevy. Glad things were on yours and Gunners side that night.
This video moved my heart ... I’m so glad you and gunner are ok ❤️🙏🏻
God Was With You And Send Angel's To Protect You And Form Nothing To Hirt You......GodBless You!!!🙏🙏

Thank you for posting this video, I think so many people needed to hear this story.
great story, bro. we are so happy you are still here for us. God bless!
So happy you're still here. Thank God. Amazing story and lesson
Man I got teary eyed watching this.. So glad you made it out ok as well as your best friend, my guy. God bless you always! 🙌🏽🙏🏽
God was with you that night. I felt sad hearing your story man. But glad you and your pet are fine!
Long video but worth the 49 minutes. It was deep man. I appreciate you telling your story. Glad you and your dog are ok. Keep up the great work
Thank God for another day on this old earth brother!!! When he is ready for us there won't be a truck around big enough to keep us here!!!! Glad your ok and love the videos
Glad y’all are alright, this video made me think a lot about my actions and about I need to change
