I'm surprised Luna has her own Amazon business... Let's hope they dont start suing her for that name due to copyright incringement, but knowing she is a princess, I don't think she'd take it lightly.
Duuuddeeeee shes my favorite pone ever you did the voice so good :DDDDDDD (also this is the second *derpi specific* video i have been recommended in a row just now and im thinking their machine is getting to know me too well!! I havent even looked her name up in like forever wtf)
If I didn’t know any better I’d think you’re asking me out on a date. Wait a damn minute… Jokes aside it really seems like Derpy is pulling the majority of the work doing postal service so it really isn’t that much of a surprise to see SOME packages lost. Honestly, looking at the whole system of the Equestrian government really shows that ponies aren’t made to lead. The fiasco of the Honor Guards in repeatedly failing to counter anything that’s more than a simple criminal really tells you all that’s needed to be heard. Six civilians along with a baby dragon did more to protect Equestrian sovereignty than the whole military, including their respective leaders. They haven’t even progressed past possibly advanced but still primitive melee weapons, a negative byproduct of having access to magical infantry instead of having to actively innovate upon the normal physical technology. Basically, the military is horribly ineffective and in need of some gargantuan reforms to even be considered anything more than a nationwide police department. The same goes for the other branches of the Armed Forces, and after looking into this topic it appears Equestria doesn’t have any other active military Branches, apart from The Wonderbolts which don’t even really have any combat training or history and seem to be strictly a parade flying group. Even if they are an actual military unit they can be more accurately compared to something like the a sub-branch of the ground forces, akin to when the Air Forces of most countries didn’t have actual control and instead operated under the Army. I could go on further pointing out that despite having cities like Manehatten most of the country isn’t industrialized and instead a collection of random villages with little infrastructure connecting them apart from the basic railway that connects all of them. I can also go on showing how the Princesses barely do anything to actually run the place apart from allegedly attending meetings with nobles but at this time it is unclear whether those meetings actually result in anything substantial. Sooo… yeah, Equestria is an outdated society.
I’ll have to use this as an evidence piece for why I think I have ADHD because damn, why did my brain go Postal Service -> Government Job* -> Government -> Armed Forces -> me just hating on the government of Equestria. *Fun Fact: killing a postman or woman is a federal felony unlike normal killings which I think are just criminal felonies. Either that or normal killings are per-state crimes so you go to that state’s court but if you kill a postman or woman you go to federal court.
Wew man that there is some Grade A autismo But in all seriousness I always explained away the ineptitude of the equestrian seats of power to harmony being a ubiquitous thing Everything is basically chill and awesome all the time everywhere by default so there is no need for any real standing armed forces or perceived military power as a deterant I mean yes the honor guard are there in canterlot but they're just for show and the goddesses are probably perceived as all powerful even by foreign entities buuuuuutttt If you really think about it most every problem facing equestria is domestic: changelings trying to blend in, the occasional big badd dude trying to end everything, ect. Its all happening on home turf so if anything Celestia needed something akin to secret police to solve domestic problems, i.e. The mane six, the holders of the elements of harmony and the heralds of the magic of friendship. The mane six are the secret police squad appointed by the princess to solve basically every problem foreign and domestic all in one Which they have proven time and again to be wholly effective at doing There is zero need for any real military force And I guess they don't really need industrialization everywhere and anywhere because magic i guess Magic is the same reason why they don't really need widespread advanced technology everywhere too because like magic solves every problem they would need to develop tech for in the first place
@@Bee_Tea_Sea Yeah, that’s what my official analysis would also refer to as main source of all of this “backwardsness”. Just, people (ponies) using magic to do most of the work and developing that instead. I would still love to see some Pegasi and Earth Pony tech to show how their magic and or culture progressed through the years tho. And while I do agree that most of the issues are domestic I still think S.M.I.L.E and the Mane Six are way too few defensive lines for any real national security. I mean, the Changelings did try again after failing the first time and that time they just took everyone who is remotely capable of actually winning against them and put them into cocoons as POWs. The only ponies who even had a chance to save the whole of Equestria if not Equus itself were Trixie (misunderstood magician entrepreneur with a terrible ego) Starlight (“retired” occult leader, commonly called a Communist) Discord (God of chaos, powers inactive due to anti-magic field), and Thorax (some dude). These guys aren’t exactly expected to get along for a game night so I don’t think anyone even thought they’d have a chance to win. Had the Changelings responded to this assault team with half as much competency as when they were taking over the Equestrian government they’d easily win. I guess all that lost manpower really hurt them despite still outnumbering the enemies by like 50 times over. I do think it’s important to note that it is unknown whether S.M.I.L.E. does anything outside monster hunting, but even if not Changelings probably still fall under that category and when the whole government has been replaced… Well, there’s no one to regulate the game, it’s open season as far as I’m concerned. (Always wanted to say that) So after finishing the above segment I had a whole rant about me hating sci-fi being incredibly inconsistent with stats and stuff and I realized, this isn’t what we’re talking about. So uhh… I guess I’ll just not write anything else for the moment. I spent way too much time on writing and editing this so hopefully it’ll not sink due to my own writing.
This is genuinely so cute.
MLP COMIC DUBS?? IN THIS DAY IN AGE the nostalgias coming back!! 😭

Well she deserves it. Unlike a certain someone, she’s actually been to space and treats her subjects like actual people, er, ponies.
I like to think that if Amazon sued Luna, the Amazon would err......cease to exist under mysterious circumstances let's just say.
Best pony
Derpy so cute 😊
