Great video! I'm surprised this is the 1st video I've seen recommending this... For such a ubiquitous error for Bambu printers , this is definitely a starting point to troubleshoot before replacing ams motors
After two hours struggling, not finding anything useful online (where all referring to extruder issues), this video solved my problem! I considered this issue to be the case, but dismissed it, as I couldn't believe the filament would break there. But it did.
I wonder if you block is from the ams to the machine in the tubes in the back. Have you tried detaching those and sending a filament through the lines?
I don't know if you know there are better Allen wenches you could get the standard Allen wenches do come in long length wenches look for the ones with what looks like a little ball on one end most the time that ball is on the longer side and the better Allen wench is the "T Allen wench" because it looks like the letter T this wench spin in your hand a lot easy than that tiny one that you have! In the States I do not know the cost of a set, but here in France a T Allen wench set cost me about 20 Euros for you I would guess about 20 dollars you can buy one wench at a time but most of the a single wench is nearly the same price of a cheap set I got the cheap set because I am no longer a professional mechanic of 40 years! Good luck peace to you and yours!
great advice! I love the hex screwdrivers, but left them at work. Had to use my husbands because I couldn't find the one bambu includes until after the video 🫠😂
Great video, you saved my Sunday - thank you!

@@stemstarters3864 That's what you get when you're using old PLA: Breakage.
Awesome video! Thank you so much for all your help. The video was very helpful and informative. And very straight to the point.
Thank you so much for the video! I hate pulling off connectors like those, don't you? Would it kill them to make the cables an inch longer?
Great video I have done that also but still get the notice. Contacted Bambu and the sorry customer service said check on youtube for the fix.
