Would love to see more of these VODs from you Dibz. You explain the subtleties of Tracer gameplay very well. Lots of good nuggets in this one. Thank you.
I miss the damage buff! 😂 But anyway, such a great VOD review! Obviously haven’t been playing OW1 until OW2 came out and so my game sense with Tracer is a bit rusty. This helped refresh a lot of things I forgot. Thanks Dibzy! ❤
This was very helpful, I wrote down a ton of notes. I’m new to fps finding your channel is a blessing this character hard. I’ll be slowly watching your content to improve my play.
Great video. Just started ranked with OW2 and decided to play Tracer cause she's so fun and has a huge skill ceiling. Might wanna try to submit a vod cause those games where you don't know if you played bad or if your team should done more with your distractions/cd wasting is frustrating.
Great video! I'm starting to dip my toes in the tracer world and there were a lot of helpful tips in here, even though it's aimed at players a good bit above my skill level at the moment - you don't go to people who are worse than you to be taught how to improve, after all! Side note, I don't know if it's just me, but the video goes black from 57:04 to the end.
Heya Bill! It's great that you understand that you improve by playing vs people at a higher skill level - it's never too early to start implementing tips and playstyles before you're at a certain rank, but just be sure to work on your core basics before doing so, since they give you the most value if you're just starting out! As to the end of the video, I think there was some uploading issue =\ but either way it was at the end of the review so nothing was missed :)
I can vouch for the 180 blink on console. I tend to jump kind of slightly to the side as I'm shooting them, either empty and reload as I do the blink 180 or I empty half if I've done good headshot damage onto them and then blink 180 and finish the clip into them. But it's kind of in the moment as to what I do and just through feeling and hearing the headshot noises. I kinda know roughly how well I've done with damage in a 1v1 via the headshot noise to dictate what I do
A "mini" is a mini-health pack - it heals for 75 HP. The larger health pack is usually called the "mega", short for "mega-health pack", which heals for 250 HP. :)
41:05 if you’re on console you can’t blink 180 unfortunately. you can try, but again, like you said, turning is slow. Even at 100 sensitivity and aim smoothing turned down to 95, it’s ridiculously hard to time right and we still have to turn after blinking. It’s a strategy, but there’s a higher probability that your thumb falls off the stick and that you have to quickly put your thumb back on. throwing off your aim
@@luissantiagolopezperez4938 You cannot, it's not instantaneous. Plus if you attempt to 180 on an enemy the aim assets kicks in, this slows your aim down as well.

I am waiting for more vods here
In Master 5 and above, you are instantly dead when you 1v1 a Kiriko without blinking around like a mad man, lol!
How can I have you review my vods? Need some coaching bad😅
THE GOAT!!!!!
You just whooped my butt in deathmatch, had to come check you out.

Tip 5 says back out to the mini to keep up pressure, What is a mini?

You can’t 180 blink instantly but with the right settings you can turn really fast without dogshit aim
@@C-R. Drop the settings
thank you i play very good now the enemy team hates me :)
whats the thing he took off his arm at the beginning?
That is an arm sleeve! It's used to eliminate drag when tracking/aiming. Really good for hot weather or if you're using a hard/glass mousepad!
@@Dibz i see i see. i want one. my guess was that it was for preventing carpal tunnel
