I've done clutch on my Focus 1.8tdci this summer but didn't drop the subframe as I was worried it would need aligning like Mondeo does. Took me all weekend on my drive 🤣 Fair play to you mate for lifting it up like the weights on the bench 💪👍 Great video!
Well ours has just gone 30 mins ago, thought yep gonna have a go at doing this myself but, after watching this il pay the £500 That's a lot of work and iwon't remember how it all goes back together lol Good job buddy
Hello Mr. Williams Big fan of your work, really impressive. Would you recommend how to properly bleed out hydraulic clutch on Ford Connect after install. Thanks a lot for answer. Best regards, Lasha
Wow dude you make that look sooo easy. think I might need to upgrade my tools first take a month of work and grow some balls before I try that. Only just done me wheel bearings and thought that fucker was hard haha nice job tho bro:)
Awesome work 👌 I have a ford connect 53 plate and 1st 2- gears are a bit stiff to engage also with a bit of weight in the van it struggles to pull away. Do you know a average price for a new clutch i don’t want to get ripped off....
lawrence walker in the older videos I used to focus only on the gearbox disassembly and putting back together. In the newer videos I now show the actual clutch replacement, clutch bleed and gearbox oil filler.
@@WMCSYeh I'd definitely recommend one. I'm usually the same lifting them up on my back but decided to get one and honestly I'll never go back. Was a sealey scissor style one new off ebay for £150
That feeling when the box slides back on lol
bloody hell, you gave my piles piles watching you lift the gear box in like that and without swearing,,,, well done that man
working on a clutch job from the ground, instead of on a lift.
absolute mad lad!
and for that, you get all my respect!
