As a woman who got her first grey hair at 15 and started dying at 23 and finally went natural at 35, Caroline Labouchere was one of my inspirations and role models, even at 20 years my senior. She's fabulous! The gorgeous Sadie Frost gives me all the "Primrose Hill Set" nostalgia from the 90's and 00's when glossy magazines were my lifeblood. Need to look at her yoga retreats! Love Jo as always - style icon that she is and her wise words about women being non-linear, ever evolving, chapter by chapter - so true. Going into my 40th year this year, a new chapter, cannot wait! Thanks for a fab show SL.

How interesting about retreats! I go to Church every Sunday, and find the same wonderful release of tension. I focus on God, and gratitude, not on myself. What a wonderful gift! ❤

JO is a great gal whatever she is doing. I am an older woman, always eat loads of veg+ fruit+exercise, just the other day was told how beautiful my skin was. It is not what you put on on the outside, it's what you put into your insides that matters. Drink water, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, keep out of pollution, sleep well, have fun.
