Such a wonderful episode. I’m 41 and enjoyed it all… so much warmth, kindness and openness. Jo’s interviewing style is patient and interested, she lets people talk and make their point. Plus her take on ‘therapy’ (coffee on the roof and a walk down the high street) is real and inspirational - I’m going to remember that!!

How amazing is Jo Good?! I’m 45 with two young boys but I always enjoy the Gold editions of Sheerluxe more for some reason. Jo Good is just so full of fantastic positive energy. We need more of her in this world. I do wish that Sheerlux will have her on their show every week or more. She’ll just brighten up everyone’s day no matter what she is talking about or who she’s even interviewing. Jeez, someone has got to bring her out into the spotlight. Can Sheerlux also bring the camera man Rich back? His style of questions and just him accompanying the girls was perfect. Even if he’s busy I’m sure that he’d come back part time. Wow, I'm in my early 30s and thoroughly enjoyed this episode. The new format for the shows took a while to get to used to but starting to really enjoy them. Ive been following Sheerluxe for nearly 7 years and it has really diverged with all the recent changes, and the team is absolutely nailing it. Well done!
