I found coffee good in france but coffee beans are very experienced now and alleged they fill them with wood chips and leaves to add weight, cheating consumers. This could be affecting the roasting process. I hate starbucks too. Purveyors of milk not coffee.
While youre on the health kick i urge you to look into processed foods, gluten, gmo, organic, the way a lot of our food is grown and raised as well as nutrition.

Melbourne coffee people are insufferable. They make out like coffee was invented there and act like you can’t find a ‘real’ coffee anywhere else in Australia. Even McDonald’s here advertise that their coffee beans are ‘roasted in Melbourne’ like that means anything. Melbourne is a big country town full of wankers….you need to come here and roast it worse than Philly Bill 🤣
