Sadly this is it! You shouldn't really play with a locked camera, it's insanely worse! And after a few games playing it unlocked you get used to it incredibly fast!

One wrong mobe of open camera on top can get me killed. Just checking jungle lane with cam. Enemy ganking me on tower without realizing immediately Well it's been 4 to 5 years since I last played jungle I do unlock the camera when needed, it just that it's annoying to play with zac, due to cam not zooming out unlike jhin I also reached emerald with locled camera before
Haste scales better, but you must remember how amazing and strong that bit of attack speed is early, it's a massive amount to miss out on so it's completely viable to go cooldown reduction, but it's also the greedy option!

For runes ability haste is better then attack speed. Zac deal dmg only from abilities.
