  • Another day spent cooking outdoors, one of my many favourite hobbies! This time we made a Lamb Curry on the Potjie (South African outdoor cooking pot) - Simply the best way to prepare a stew or curry type dish on a chilly winters day here in South Africa.

    Just a tip, try adding masala spices, curry powder, tumuric, bay leaves, curry leaves, 2-3 cloves, and some crushed garlic and ginger to the onions until brown before adding the meat. Makes a huge difference when you roast or fry the spices
