Hello! After uploading my project images (jpg) the preview option doesn't show

my issue is the resolution of the projects Upwork doesn't accept high resolution and the logos are losing all the resolution for me to be able to upload them. Please if someone knows under which format (jpg, png, sag.. ) should I save my images and at which resolution and the document size before saving it'll be great ^^ thank you
