String Quartet No. 2 in C Minor - Original Composition (2022)

Note: While it is named as my second string quartet, note that I wrote this piece before my first string quartet on my TH-cam channel (you might notice that in the compositional style/proficiency of the work).
My "second" string quartet (second released quartet on my page) was written in August 2022, originally as a multi-movement work (the second, third, and fourth movements were scrapped). This work was inspired by Shostakovich's music (there is a quote of the DSCH motif in the beginning) and was also an experimental piece where I would experiment with harmonies outside of my former comfort zone.
This work was written and revised in August 2022. The audio was created and rendered by NotePerformer 4.
