It is not a misprint. The image you showed as the C12 is the C12 Zagato. The model is of the very real C12 Spyder built as a prototype, chassis no. 363056, which was then converted to a Double 12S. It used the Volkswagen W12 engine. It has a long tail rear similar to the Double 12S. It is a very special model that only one existed.
i recently found out this version has more details than the deAgostini version that comes in a blister and uses the same mold, but lacks black paint on the vents, chrome on the steering wheel and the hoops behind the headrests and also brake discs, so make sure to get this version.
I have it too and the amount of detail of this little model makes me not want to buy an Aileron 1/18 (an expensive resin unfortunately). Still I'd love more 1/18s of these sick Spykers
